    In Game designing phase, we use gaming


    engine.
    These gaming engines are available in online in
    the form of open source and even the paid once .
    Some of the open source game engines are:
    -unreal Engine
    -Unity-3D
    Here we need two software’s
    1 -> A software that will be used to write our
    instructions.
    2 -> Game engine is a software that will
    understand our instructions.

    For example,

    “ PUBG , FREE FIRE “


    “PUBG & FREE FIRE”
    in these popular games, the characters in the game will jump from the
    heights…that jumping capability is due to the asset named “gravity”.
    • Gravity(jumping)
    • Appearance(display/video)
    features/Abilities in
    • Sounds(audio)
    game engine
    • Multiplayer/Network
     We need all these abilities in one software or else need to develop our own
    software.
     I will go through the software named..….
    UNITY-3D
     As we see in the previous slide…
    1 -> a software that will be used to write our instructions is = IDE, stands for
    ‘Integrated Development Environment’.
    2 ->Game engine is a software that will understand our instructions is i.e.,
    UNITY-3D

     Need to install visual studios and UNITY-3D software


    After setting up the ‘unity-3D’ software environment…
