ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
As a part of 2nd year of the three years degree course in
hotel management, I have undergone Industrial Training of
20 weeks, which is a true exposure to the actual functioning
of the industry. This is the exact time to get acquainted with
the facts of the industry and decide the area of professional
interest.

Located on the first floor, Lavana serves authentic Indian
cuisine and recreates the magic with home-style dishes and a
private dining space.
The Long Bar is a great place to unwind after a long day with
friends and business associates. In addition, the intimate setup
of the bar invites you to host a get-together with close friends,
plan private parties, or unwind with cocktails after hectic
meetings or events.
ROOM SERVICE
In-room dining is our way of creating a restaurant-
quality dining experience in the privacy and comfort
of a guestroom. Guests can place an order for their
food from our round-the-clock a-la-carte room-service
menu that offers an array of breakfast options,
including our delicious Indian set breakfast,
Continental breakfast, or healthy breakfast delivered
right to your room. It offers a wide selection of menus
which include comfort food, snacks, picnic boxes, and
full-course meals to carefully thought through kids’
menus.
OBJECTIVE OF IT
The purpose of industrial training is to expose hotel management students to the world of work so
that they can relate theoretical knowledge with application in industry.
From the Industrial training Programme, the students will also develop skills in work ethics,
communication, practical and theory. Furthermore, the objectives are :-
