Conventionally used paper For Strengthening
and sticking the pattal.

 Conventionallyused Lamination paper price is getting

higher day by day & contains a thin film of plastic layer.

 Thelamination paper can be replace by treated normal

paper which can be made by using the hot melt glue. The
after the treatment paper will be leak proof & sticky in
nature.
By using the glue/regin to stick the stitched
pattal.

 The purpose of using glue or regin is to stick the leaf & Strenthn
pattal.

 For this glue/regin should be food grade water resistance strong

bonding Heat resistance.

 Glue is applied such a manner so that the leaf layers are stick
properly & imparts some strength.
How To Increase Pattal Production Rate :-
Process Involve - 1. Stitching
2. Molding

Stitching Process :- 1. Manual Stitching Machine

2. Motorized Stitched Machine
Comparison Between Manual & Motorized Stitching
Machine
1. By Manual Stitching Machine 6 hour Capacity = 280 to 300 Pieces.
2. By Motorized Stitching Machine 6 hour Capacity = 500 to 600 Pieces.
Using Customized Stitching Machine:-
 Stitching Machines Are Design For Clothing Purpose If The Stitching Gap Is
Large The Process Will Be Fast And The Number Of Holes Per Revolution Is
Less. It will Minimize The Leakage Problem.
 This will Help To Achieve Maximum Number Of Stitched Pattal.

Types of machine available :-

1. Manual machine.
2. Hydraulic manual machine.
3. Semiautomatic machine.
How The Semi Automatic Machine Are Efficient :-
Stroke Length( Forward Stroke + Return Stroke) = 28 cm.( Approx)
Total Cycle time = 4.5 sec
Actual Operation time = 0.5 Sec.
Cycle Complete in 1 Min. = 13.44.
Cycle Complete in 60 Min.= 800.

Human Factor and Other Factor Considering 65 % efficient = 800*0.65 =520 piece of dona
Dona Output From 4 Die Machine :-
Suppose 4 Die machine is operating :
Each Die Capacity in 1 Hour = 500 Piece.
4 Die Capacity in 1 Hour = 2000 Piece.
Laboure Engaging at a time = 4 Person
Total Molding Time = 4 hour
Total Dona Out put in 4 Hour = 8000 Piece
Working Hour Starts In 8 Am To 12 Pm.
Second Shift will Start At 1 Pm To 5 Pm.
The Total Working Hours will be = 8 Hours.
Total Dona Production In 8 Hour = 16000 Piece
Pattal Molding Capacity:-
 Considering 2 Die Hydraulic Molding Machines
 100 Piece Of Pattal (Molding+Packing)Time = 25 min
 In 1 Min. Number Of Pattal Mold = 4
 In 6.25 Hour Number Of Pattal Mold = 1500 Pcs.
 Total Output From 1 Die = 1500 Pcs
 Total Output From 2 Die = 3000 Pcs

How to Reduce the over all cost -

 By Providing efficient machine/semi automatic

machine For Molding.
 By Skill Training to SHG & Labour.
 By Reduction In Material Cost.
Work Sequence :-
 Taking A good Quality of Leaf and Paper( by Grading)
 By Making Leaf & Paper Bundle In Organized Manner.
 Making Bundle of 25 Piece of Paper & Leaf.
