    HANOI BUSINESS TRIP REPORT

    14th Feb ~ 16th Feb


    • They manage fabric knitting for PHUONG QUAN KNITTING
    army underwear orders. The
    requirements for the fabric are
    Location: Ha Nam Province
    single jersey and rib, bleaching
    Meeting day: 14th Feb
    fabric without enzyme treatment.
    • They have 50 circulars knitting
    machines, 20 air jet weaving
    machines and 10 tons fabric daily
    dyeing capacity.
    • Their main fabric buyers are in the
    North area (local brands)
    • They want to buy our yarn for their
    own orders as the quality is good
    but price matter. We keep in touch
    and see if there is a chance for new
    orders with acceptable price.
    • They are a very modern weaving BA O MIN H TEX TI LE
    and dyeing factory, they have
    beautiful woven fabric showroom Location: Nam Dinh Province
    and excellent sample room (Yarn Meeting day: 14th Feb
    input ~ finish handloom).
    • They have 147 air jet weaving
    machines, yarn dyeing and high-
    end fabric finishing.
    • They are developing CM20 slub
    and CVC32 slub with Kyungbang
    now.
    • They belong to THIEN NAM
    PROPERITY GROUP (TNP
    GROUP), more details as
    attachment.
    • They are a trading cum weaving factory
    in the north of Vietnam.
    A N PH AT TEXT ILE
    • They trade 450 tons of yarn monthly Location: Ha Nam Province
    which is from Tainan, Shundao, Phu
    Meeting day: 14th Feb
    Group, DongKhanh, DongQuang and
    consume 100 tons for their weaving
    factory
    • They have 100 air jet weaving machines,
    outsource for dyeing, supplying woven
    fabric to the north of Vietnam.
    • They used kyungbang yarn couple times
    and advise the quality is good but the
    price matter, cannot compete against
    Shundao and Phu Group…etc
    • We got a final agreement with the director
    after the meeting that he will advise order
    quantity with target price from now on,
    we can decide on our own.
    • They are a member of VINATEX, H A N OS IMEX
    producing knitted fabric for their
    group (garment factories like Location: Hung Yen Province
    PHONG PHU JSC, DONG XUAN Meeting day: 15th Feb
    JSC..etc).
    • They have 50 circulars knitting
    machines, 20 tons daily dyeing
    capacity.
    • They are using kyungbang yarn
    mainly for local brands, export to
    USA, Japan and Vietnam army
    underwear orders.
    • They are happy with our current
    yarn quality and request us to keep
    the quality for long term business.
    • TAO XANH INTL as a reseller in TAO XA N H Q U OC TE
    the north market, they manage yarn
    sourcing and processing Location: Hanoi City
    arrangement for local brands like Meeting day: 16th Feb
    CANIFA and YODY. As a part of
    VINATEX private company, they
    source yarns to Hanosimex for
    knitting and dyeing and to Dong
    Xuan for garment.
    • They are going to place more
    orders after the first garments order
    done as they want to check quality
    before increasing quantity.
