58
MS-910W - SAMPLER UNIT MS-910W
[Functions]
Dispenses diluted samples into cups in
coordination with the diluter unit.
Moves the sample needle to its designated
positions.
The sample needle has pencil shaped tip. It
prevents the suction of rubber dust and clogging
will be minimized.
Rinse mechanism without O-ring. (Previous
Celltac models with O-ring). Sample needle
One nozzle aspirates and dispense all blood
sample. (MEK-8222 has two sampling nozzles.)
[Functions]
Adjusts the pressure inside the sample tube set in the
autoloader to 1 atmospheric pressure by puncturing it with a
vent needle.
(The pressure inside of the sample tube must be adjusted to
the same pressure as outside because the amount of blood
sample in the sample tubes varies. If the pressure is not
adjusted to 1 atmospheric pressure, it may affect the amount
of blood being aspirated.)

MP-911W ISO PUMP UNIT
65
MP-911W - ISO PUMP UNIT
[Functions]
Moves the cylinder up and down using the motor to
dilute samples and aspirate / dispense diluent for
mixing.
IWBC (about 220 times dilution)
RBC (about 500 times dilution)
OWBC (about 100 times dilution)
Aspirates and dispenses diluent for cleaning cups, and
aspirates / dispenses detergent for cleaning.
When the sample needle is raised, ISO pump unit
dispenses for the rinse.
After the sample needle is raised, the positive
pressure of ISO chamber dispenses diluent for
rinse.
During protein cleaning, this pump dispenses
CLEANAC810 to fluid path.
When this pump unit is replaced,
it is necessary to calibrate the analyzer.
