Software development Proposal

1.Overview Deloitte is most famous for being one of the “big four”
accounting companies, but their expertise and range
of services span much further than that. Building
complex software solutions for their clients is
something they are more than qualified to do. Their
team of experts in the software development domain
has helped hundreds of Deloitte’s clients on
thousands of projects robust, delivering high quality
software craftsmanship.
The main characteristics of the project are:

- A private dashboard with the health status of 9


2.Scope telemetry-enabled machines in each of daikibo’s 4
factories
- Access to the page happens only within Daikibo’s
Intranet
- Authentication is synced to the internal authentication
server, and people who are already users won't need to
make an account
- The dashboard consists of a single page, listing the
current statuses of all monitored devices.
- The view is collapsible and expandable at a factory level
as well as device level, showing the history of it’s
statuses
3.Estimate The amount of hours it will take for each task if we
hire 2 software engineers and 1 graphic designer will
be :

- 40 hours for designing


- 160 hours for development
- 80 hours for integration

So altogether 280 hours

[1st of October 2021] Design Starts
[8th of October 2021] Design is given back to
daikibo for feedback
3. [12th of October 2021]Design is finalised and
development starts
4. [1st of November 2021]Development is done
and version 1 of the product is demonstrated to
daikibo
5. [8th of November 2021]Development is finalised
and integration starts
6. [22nd of November 2021]Integration is finished
5.Support This proposal’s main focus is the development of the
project, but when they are done and the product is
successfully deployed within Daikibo’s infrastructure-
Deloitte will still remain available for continuous
support.

support system. The estimate of work described
earlier doesn’t cover the continuous support they
provide and any future bug fixes, updates and
improvements will be voiced separately.
