APOSTLES CREED
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of
Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the
Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was
crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again
from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and seated at the right
hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence
He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic
Church, the communion of saints, the
forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body
and life everlasting. Amen

not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Hail, holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our
sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor
banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our
sighs mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of
mercy toward us, and after this our exile show us
the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O
loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God.

That we may be made worthy of the

promises of Christ.

and Resurrection, has purchased for us the rewards
of eternal salvation, grant, we beseech thee, that
while meditating on these mysteries of the most

mercy on us.

LET US PRAY:
Grant, we beseech thee, O Lord God, that we, your
servants,
may enjoy perpetual health of mind and body;
and by the glorious intercession of the Blessed Mary,
ever Virgin,
may be delivered from present sorrow,
and obtain eternal joy. Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known
that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help,
or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you,
O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come,
before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in your mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.
ADORATION
VISITS TO MOST BLESSED SACRAMENT
AND BLESSED VIRGIN MARY
My Lord Jesus Christ, I believe that Thou art
truly present in this Sacrament. Night and day
Thou remainest here compassionate and loving.
Thou dost call, wait for and welcome everyone
who coms to visit Thee.
Unimportant though I am, I adore Thee. I thank
Thee for all the wonderful graces Thou hast
given me. But I thank Thee especially, for having
given me Thyself in this Sacrament, for having
asked Thy own Mother to be my Mother, for
having called me here to talk to Thee.
I am here before Thee today to do three things:
to thank Thee for these precious gifts, to make
up for all the disrespect that Thou receives in
this Sacrament from those who offend Thee, to
adore Thee everywhere in the world where
Thou art present in this living bread but art left
abandoned and unloved.
My Jesus, I love Thee with my whole heart, I
know that I have displeased Thee often in the
past. I repent for having offended Thee. With
Thy help I promise never to offend Thee again.
I am only a miserable sinner, but I consecrate
myself to Thee completely. I give Thee my will,
my love, my desires, everything I own. From now
on do with me what Thou wilt. All I ask for is Thy
love and that Thou keepest me faithful to Thee
until the end of my life. I ask for the grace to Thy
will exactly as Thou wantest it to be done.
I pray for the sous in purgatory, especially for
those who were close to Thee in this Sacrament
and close to Thy Mother Mary. I pray for every
soul hardened in sin. My Saviour, I unite my love
to the love of Thy Divine Heart, and I offer them
both together to Thy Father. I beg Him to accept
to accept this offering in Thy name. Amen
SPIRITUAL COMMUNION
My Jesus, I believe that Thou art really present in
the Most Blessed Sacrament. I love Thee above all
things and I desire to possess Thee within my soul.
Since I cannot now receive thee Sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
(Pause)
As though Thou wert already there, I embrace
Thee, and unite myself wholly to Thee, permit
not that I should ever be separated from Thee.

May the Body of Our Lord Jesus Christ keep my

soul unto Everlasting Life. Amen

that, together with flock entrusted to him, he may
reach eternal life. Through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.
