Transforming weakness to strength

1.Recognize and acknowledge it
- You can only fix the things you know is broken

-for instance business people and entrepreneurs have managers and assistants to compensate for
their weakness. They are not perfect either.
-you need help, support, skills from others to succeed in life
4.Face your weakness and do it anyway
-it is a hard truth, but there is no way to run away from your weakness. Sooner or later you’re going to
face it
-you only grow when you are willing to step out of your comfort zone
-some times when you chose not to face certain things you lack experience and you thus become weak
5.Just get good enough
- you don’t always have to be extraordinary in all things. You just have to be good enough in certain skills to have
