Environment
The environment should be as free as possible from dust, mechanical vibrations,
loud
noises and electrical interference.
Avoid proximity to brush-type motors, flickering fluorescent lights and electrical
contacts that regularly turn on and off.
Avoid placing the instrument in direct sun or in front of a source of heat.

Comfortable working height
At least 40cm on each side is the preferred access to perform service procedures.
At least 10cm behind for cabling and ventilation

Power on and shut down
1. Switch on BC-2800 , and the power indicator will be light.
2. The Initializing procedure will continue about 80s.

error message will be displayed on left bottom of screen.

Preparation of pre-diluted blood
1. Press [MODE] to select the prediluted mode (any mode preceded by PB).
2. Press [DILUENT] to enter the Add Diluent screen
3. Prepare a clean sample cup under the sample probe and press [START] t
o dispense 1.6ml diluent to the cup.

expected result exceeds 6%, need to change the RBC gain.
• For example, assuming the expected MCV result is 90.0fL, while the
actual analysis result is 82.0fL, the gain factor as below:
