Initial Experience’s: Right from the school days, I was a vigorous reader starting from commercial romantic
and detective novels to the world of literature. Beginning with Russian literature since
it’s available rather in cheap bucks from the Progress publishers, Moscow in English
version of great Russian writers like Leo Tolstoy, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Ivan Turgenev,
Pushkin, Maxim Gorky and many more.
I read almost all the books within some months like Anna Karenina, Resurrections,
Crime and Punishment, The queen of spades, Father and Sons and Mother.
Thenceforth my range of study greatly enhanced by comprising all kind of writings
from home and the world alike.
Meantime, I would have started writing poems, stories and prose on my interesting
subjects. Some of my poems and stories had already published in some literary
journals. After completing my postgraduate, I was offered a job as a sub-editor in a
local literary Magazine “BELA” being published in my own hometown, Muzaffarpur.
I was very fortunate to start my career under the editorship of a highly honourable
and very celebrated man of the Indian literature: late Acharya Janaki Vallabh Shastri.
I worked over there for two years in 2000-2002 and in which I get greatly attracted to
the film media. I extensively read about Cinema and saw the masterpieces of great
filmmakers as such Satyajit Ray, Bimal Roy, Guru Dutta and other Indian filmmakers
along with international filmmakers like Chaplin, Sergei Eisenstein, John Ford, Frank
Capra, Orson Wells, David Lean, Akira Kurosawa, Ingmar Bergman, Godard, Truffaut,
Federico Fellini, Luis Bunuel, Michelangelo Antonioni, Billy Wilder and Roman
Polansky; the list is endless and I still consider myself a student of Cinema. That’s how
finally I decided to move into film industry to become a filmmaker.
Film Experience’s: 1. Currently I am making a feature length biographical documentary film titled
“DHARMA NAYAK” about Santana Hindu Dharam based on the life of
Shankaracharya Shree Shree Swami Swaroopanand Sarshwatijee Maharaj.
2. I have been making a feature film (Hindi) as a Writer and Director titled
“CHAAR DEEWANE aur EK DEEWANI bhi” for last nine years. The film got halted
several times due to the lake of funds which the producer hide from me while
launching the film. Somehow, the entire shooting is now completed and the post-
production is going on. The star cast and major credits are given below:

Film Experience’s: 3. Assisted in story writing and worked as an assistant director with
Anurag Dada under his directorship in a feature film (Hindi) titled
“JAGGA JASOOS” starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katarina Kaif in 2017
4. Worked as an assistant director with Anurag Dada in his award winning

super hit film titled “Burfi” starring Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra
and Ileana D’Cruz in 2012.
5. Written and directed a trilogy of one tele film targeted for the
television titled “PANCHAM”, “PREM KO MULYA” and “CHITA KO
JWALA” in Nepali language produced by Nepal Television in 2008 in
Nepal.
Film Experience’s A chartbuster superhit feature film (Bhojpuri) titled “RANGLI CHUNARIYA
TOHARE NAAM” introducing Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh as a Hero. The
film was theatrically released in India and abroad in 2007. The Star cast and
