planning activities through 4 stages :
1. Set goals or set goals
2. Formulating current circumstances
3. Identify any upgrades and obstacles
4. Develop a plan or series of activities for
achieving goals
9 steps to making action plan:
• Bring up your solution in the goal series. After you agree
on a particular problem within your organization, you first
need to define that solution into scores of goals and
objective goals.
• Create a list of various actions for every goal, use
brainstorming to generate a list of actions to reach a goal
and record it under that goal.
• Prepare a time line starting with a time dot labeled "now"
and ending with a dot labeled "destination reached",
create a time line to allocate a date line of every action
that has been sorted, listed under a specific goal.
• Allocating existing resources. Financial and human
resources should be allotted for each action measure.
Next
• Identification problems likely to arise. Consider matters that
may not go according to plan in the process of achieving a
particular goal.
• Develop strategies to monitor progress Register ways to
monitor the progress of the action plan that has been made.
• Delegate tasks. Take each point on the time line in turn and
ask: "who will do what, on a predetermined date to perform a
predetermined task?" share these tasks with each appropriate
individual or team.
• Estimate of various costs Give consideration to the executor
needed to complete the existing task force.
• Implement a plan Translate all your information into a new
paper, register all the necessary actions, the person responsible
for a particular task, and when the task should be completed.

respective roles, which are made on each shift. The content of the activity is adjusted
