Definition Of Nursing Daily Activity
According to kozier et al. (1995) planning is
something that has been carefully considered, a
systematic stage of nursing involves decision-
making and problem solving. In nursing
planning, nurses prescribe the results of data
collection and diagnostic treatments that guide
the purpose and nurture of nursing to prevent,
decrease, or eliminate a client's health problem.
function
Planning daily nursing activities

environment

parties

Kind of planning in nursing activities
The planning activities in nursing management are creating long-term, short-term,
and short-term planning. Short - term planning or "operational planning" is planning
made for activities one hour to a year; Middle-term planning is planning from one to
five years of activities ,Whereas long-term or often so-called "strategic planning" is
the plan made for three-to 20-year activities. A short-term plan that can be applied in
the infirmary is the daily plan, monthly plan, and annual plan.

• Daily plan daily plan is a plan containing the activities of each nurse made each day
in his or her role. The daily plan is created by the head of the room, the primary
team leader/nurse, and the executive nurse.

• Monthly plans of a monthly plan is a one-month plan of activity. The monthly plan
needs to be synchronized with the daily plan. The monthly plan is made by the
master of space and the primary team leader/nurse.

• The annual plan of the annual plan is a plan made every year. The annual plan is
organized according to the previous year's review of activities. The annual plan was
made by the master of space.
drafting planing of action (poa)
planning activities through 4 stages :
1. Set goals or set goals
2. Formulating current circumstances
3. Identify any upgrades and obstacles
4. Develop a plan or series of activities for
achieving goals
9 steps to making action plan:
• Bring up your solution in the goal series. After you agree
on a particular problem within your organization, you first
need to define that solution into scores of goals and
objective goals.
• Create a list of various actions for every goal, use
brainstorming to generate a list of actions to reach a goal
and record it under that goal.
• Prepare a time line starting with a time dot labeled "now"
and ending with a dot labeled "destination reached",
create a time line to allocate a date line of every action
that has been sorted, listed under a specific goal.
• Allocating existing resources. Financial and human
resources should be allotted for each action measure.
Next
• Identification problems likely to arise. Consider matters that
may not go according to plan in the process of achieving a
particular goal.
• Develop strategies to monitor progress Register ways to
monitor the progress of the action plan that has been made.
• Delegate tasks. Take each point on the time line in turn and
ask: "who will do what, on a predetermined date to perform a
predetermined task?" share these tasks with each appropriate
individual or team.
• Estimate of various costs Give consideration to the executor
needed to complete the existing task force.
• Implement a plan Translate all your information into a new
paper, register all the necessary actions, the person responsible
for a particular task, and when the task should be completed.

room
• Daily plan Daily plans are activities that will be carried out by nurses according to their
respective roles, which are made on each shift. The content of the activity is adjusted
to the role and function of the nurse. Daily plans are made before the operation is
carried out and completed at the time of the operation and pre-conference.
a. Head of room daily plan
 Nursing Care
 Supervision of Team Leader and Implementing Nurse
 Supervision of personnel other than nurses and cooperation with other related units.

b. Team Leader's Daily Plan The contents of the team leader's daily plan
 Implementation of patient nursing care on the team that is his responsibility
 Supervise the implementing nurse
 Collaboration with doctors or other health teams.
 Allocation of patients according to the official nurse

C. Implementing Nurse's Daily Plan The contents of the
implementing nurse's daily plan are care actions for patients
who are treated on their official shift. The daily plan of the
nurse implementing the afternoon and evening shifts is
somewhat different if there is only one person in one team,
the nurse acts as the team leader and the implementing nurse
so that there are no activities before and after the conference.

D. Assessment of Nurse's Daily Plan To assess the success of

daily planning, it was done through observation using a daily
plan journal instrument (Table I.4).Each Team Leader has an
instrument and fills it out every day. At the end of the month,
the presentation of each nurse's daily plan can be calculated.

• Monthly Plan A monthly plan is a plan that contains activities for one month. This monthly plan should
be synchronized with the daily plan. Monthly plans are made by the ward head and the team
leader/primary nurse.

results of activities in one year which is used as a reference for follow-
up plans and the preparation of the next annual plan. The annual
activity plan includes:

1. Prepare an annual report containing the performance of MPKP, both in

the process of activities (activities that have been carried out from the
4 pillars of professional practice) and evaluation of service quality.
2. Carry out team rotation to refresh members of each team.
3. Refreshment related to MPKP material specifically for activities that
are still low in achievement. This aims to maintain the performance
that has been achieved by MPKP and even improve it in the future

increasing the career path of nurses (executors become katim, katim
becomes karu), recommendations for continuing formal education,
