• After analyzing the IFE & EFE we have to make our next action plan or
future strategy to overcome our weaknesses and Threats as well we have to
explore more Strengths and Opportunities internally & externally
• By summarizing the score of both analyses (IFE & EFE) we got the value of
6.22 (2.88+3.34)
• As we have more scores in Strengths(2.2) as compared to Weakness(0.68)
so we will use SO Strategy.
