Conclusion
Project hierarchy or Project-Based Hierarchy, from the name itself, tells that the
product done by this type of organization has an assurance of a high level of
quality and/or of specialization within its product’s function. Having project
hierarchy as the type of organization to use on situations requiring small amount
of time is more convenient than the other organization types. Therefore, on this
case problem the Project Hierarchy is highly advisable to be used.
