OBJECTIVES OF GYMNASTICS

WHAT IS GYMNASTICS?

exercises developing or displaying physical agility and coordination. The


modern sport of gymnastics typically involves exercises on uneven bars,
balance beam, floor, and vaulting horse (for women), and horizontal and
parallel bars, rings, floor, and pommel horse (for men).
WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF
GYMNASTICS?

Objectives
The aim is to educate everybody who comes to the gymnastic club on the importance of exercise  and
fitness. To help each other to become the best they want to be. This is achieved through: 

• Helping others to develop physical confidence.

• Helping others to develop mentally.

• Promoting balance and co-ordination.

• Developing strength, improving flexibility.

• Improving body posture.

• Developing social skills.
