supporter.
• There is substantial scope for growth in the international
popularity of the format.

owns the Kochi franchise of the Indian Premier League.
• RSW threatened to send a legal notice to Modi and
accused the IPL Commissioner of breaking the

• Tharoor denied having a stake in the Kochi franchise,
saying he played merely a facilitator's role.
• Prime Minister Manmohan Singh promised to act
against tharoor, if necessary.
• Two teams are banned for 2011 IPL.
My Opinion
• Emerging Players got better chance to show
their capability.

• The purpose of IPL being clean.
