Each of the SDB1, SDB2 and SDB3 has its own team for all the execution activities.
All the teams are headed by a central office from where all the departments like planning, billing, procurement and so on are
handled.

QUALITY
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Assurance is defined as a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a product or service
under development (before work is complete, as opposed to afterwards) meets specified requirements. It is a
way of preventing mistakes and defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering
solutions or services to customers; which ISO 9000 defines as "part of quality management focused on
providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled”.
Two principles included in Quality Assurance are:

Right first time
QUALITY CONTROL
It is set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined
set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepares the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the project with inputs from the Site/Planning
Manager/Engineer & Site/Construction Manager. QMP consists of:
• The Project Organization Chart
• The Work Method Statement (WMS)
• Checklists for various works
• Quality Assurance Plan
• Quality Control Plan
• Material Testing Plan
• QA/QC Inspection Procedures and Formats
• Quality Control Reporting, Audit and Corrective Action Reports
Carries a format for Observation and Surveillance report. Surveillance of works and recording
observations to improve quality of work.
Issues NCRs in case of serious deficiencies in works.
Follow up for the closure of NCR.
Analyses the cause of non-conformity in product / process or services.
Records observations of Site/ Project In-charge during quality walk.
Assists Site/Project In-charge to identify root cause for every defect/non-conformity and set the target
date for corrective action.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparation of Master Construction Schedule which includes WBS, assignment of duration to activities, technical
interdependencies, slab cycle times and critical activities.
Coordinate with Client regarding any issues related to project.
To write down the Minutes off meeting (MOM).
Preparation of Cash flows.
Preparation of site logistics plan.
Preparation of project execution plan.
Resource scheduling (Labor and staff).
Preparing the construction schedule for each stage.
Taking daily updates of the project and tracking it as per planned.
Providing method statements keeping in mind all the site conditions and monitor it.
Making of daily, weekly and monthly progress report for the higher authority to view the progress of project.
Raise RFI if there is any query related to drawing and structural details.
Discuss with contractor representative for resources requirement as per contract document.
Notify higher authorities for any shortage of resources.
Prepare plan for executing specific activities like mass concreting.
Making 3 months look ahead plan for execution depending on availability of drawings, materials, and other
resources which is mitigation plan to achieve planned schedule.
