    Log-on to: https://www.bir.gov.ph

    Click eFPS link


    Enter your BIR User Name,
    Password and Company TIN
    Click Login Enter your username
    and password
    Enter the answer to
    the challenge question

    Click Submit
    Select Applicable BIR Form

    ABC CORPORATION
    Choose if you want to file online or offline
    Sample online form
    Click ‘Validate’
    Click ‘Ok’
    Click ‘Submit’
    Click ‘Yes’
    Click ‘Ok’
    Click ‘Proceed to Payment’
    Select ‘Bank Transfer’
    for eFPS mode of payment
    Select ‘UnionBank’
    for Transacting Bank
    Enter Amount then click ‘Submit’
    Click ‘Ok’
    Check the total amount being paid
    for. Processor will enter his/her
    UBP access ID & password.
    Always tick the ‘Authorize Later’
    button. Click ‘Continue’
    Click ‘Ok’
    Payment details will be
    displayed. Take note of the
    Authorize Later Reference
    Number for use of your
    approver. Advise your approver
    of pending payment. An email
    notification will also be sent to
    your approver.

    Enter UBP access ID, password &
    authorize later reference no.
    Click ‘Continue’
    1st Authorizer Approver Log in
    Click ‘Ok’
    Payment details will be
    displayed. Enter your
    password to approve payment.
    Click ‘Click to ePay Now!’
