S Class-1 Learning Objectives-
1. Students will learn about healthy and unhealthy food.
2. Students will identify junk food and energy giving food.
L-1 Our food Day 1- First , teacher will ask them about their favorite food. On the basis of student’s response, teacher will tell them about healthy and unhealthy food. Day 2 –Healthy food
• Introduction of healthy food will be given by the teacher in the class.
• Teacher will ask the students to draw 5 healthy foods in their notebook. • Students will do book exercise related to healthy food. Day 3-Unhealthy food • Teacher will tell the students about unhealthy food. • Teacher will tell them about bad effects of eating unhealthy food. • Teacher will ask them to do book exercise. Day 4 Activity-Healthy plate activity 1. Teacher will ask students to bring one plate with cut outs of both healthy and unhealthy food. 2. Students will paste 3 healthy food and 2 unhealthy food items in the paper plate. Day 4 Activity – Paneer/green vegetables/fruits/sprouts
• Students will bring lunch according to the menu that will be
different for every week. Day 5-Book Exercises This worksheet will be shared on snap homework.
Students will do book
exercises . Day 6-Revision • Oral revision will be done In class.
