Authorization to Release Information
17. I/We acknowledge that we will supply PRC or their employees, agents,
representatives or contractors with the following documents:
ENGAGEMENT LETTER
Dear Homeowner(s),
The purpose of this Engagement Letter together with all exhibits hereto, the
“Agreement” is
to set forth the terms and conditions upon which parties have agreed upon.
“PRC” with an address at 183-3 Keith Street, Warrenton, VA 20186 will file
Documented Complaints on my/our behalf to Local, State and Federal Regulatory Agencies in
the event my Lender does not acknowledge the Official Qualified Written Request
sent from PRC on my/our behalf within 20 business days, and if Lender fails to
attempt to settle (Documented Compliance Mortgage Related Issue Findings) with
60-90 business days, as required under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.) on
behalf of Homeowner(s), with an address at:

hereinafter referred to as Client(s).
Responsibilities
Client(s) have enlisted the services of PRC to disclose any possible local, state, and
federal
regulatory compliance and mortgage related issues. PRC will send Client(s) any
written
correspondence sent to the Lender on behalf of the Client(s). PRC will also give
Client(s) a copy
of all documented complaints, if any, sent to any local, state and/or federal regulatory
agency on
behalf of Client(s). Client(s) will need to execute the Borrower Authorization/Certification
form
(Exhibit A) and this Engagement Letter, prior to PRC accepting engagement.
Client(s) understand that they will need to send PRC in a timely manner, legible
copies of all the
documents listed in the Borrower Authorization/Certification form (Exhibit A.) Client(s)
understand that they should not send any original documents, only legible copies that
will be
needed for PRC review. PRC will not return these documents.
Scope of Services
The following sets forth the scope of this Engagement and summarizes the tasks to
be performed
by PRC. PRC will use Clients Forensic Audit setting forth possible Excessive Fees/Charges
by the
Lender, Deceptive Predatory Lending Practices, and/or other Fraudulent Abusive Mortgage
related issues. PRC will base their complaint to the Lender not on any legal standard
but on
industry standard and on the documents Client(s) are able to provide.
PRC “Professionals” will file a “qualified written request” directly with the Lender on your
behalf, providing the Lender with “Documented Exhibits of our Findings.”
At that time, PRC will attempt to get a Dollar Refund/Remediation Settlement and/or a
Mortgage
loan restructure on your behalf from the Lender.
Compensation
The payment due of $____________ shall only be due upon the obtaining of a Dollar
Refund/Remediation Settlement and/or a Mortgage loan restructure (Principal Reduction) on
your behalf from the Lender. Payment must be payable to PRC in the form of a money order
or cashier’s check, or any debit or credit card. PRC Does Not Accept Cash.
No payment is required unless the PRC services as set forth in this agreement are fulfilled.

Client(s) Initials
In the event PRC is successful in helping Client(s) get a Dollar Refund/Remediation from the
Lender, PRC, will be entitled to compensation from the Client(s) totaling 20% Of the Total
Dollar Refund/Remediation Settlement, Received from Lender. [Example: A $4,000 Total
Dollar Refund would be split 80% ($3,200) to Client(s) and 20% ($800) to PRC
PRC will file documented Complaint(s) on your behalf with the proper Local, State, and
Federal Regulatory Agencies in the event Lender does not Settle or Resolve the mortgage
related issue(s) within 60 business days of our “qualified written request.”
Note: compensation to Attorneys(s) contracted by PRC are the responsibility of PRC and
you will not be billed for Attorney(s) costs in addition to the PRC fee.
Note: Section 6 of RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) requires a lender to
acknowledge a “Qualified Written Request” within 20 Business Days and Lender must try to
resolve the issue within 60 Business Days.
Confidentiality
PRC will provide Client(s) with a Borrower Authorization/Certification Form (Exhibit A),
listing
types of documents needed to complete this agreement in a timely manner. PRC
agrees to review
and inspect these documents only for the purposes described above, and to
otherwise hold such
information/findings confidential pursuant to the terms of this agreement. PRC will
notify
Client(s) if any of the documents requested are not complete, legible or missing.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, shall constitute the entire
agreement and the
complete understanding between PRC and the Client(s), unless amended by a
subsequent
instrument signed by PRC and the Client(s). The laws of the State of Virginia shall
govern this
Agreement.
