Authorization to Release Information

The undersigned certify the following:

To Whom It May Concern:

1. I/We have engaged Principal Reduction Consultants, LLC. Hereinafter


called “PRC” to act on our behalf regarding my/our Home Mortgage
Loan and authorize PMR to perform a Mortgage Loan Document Review/Report
of specified loan closing documents.

2. I/We authorize you to provide to Principal Reduction Consultants, LLC.


Hereinafter called “PRC”or their employees, agent,
representative or contractors, any and all information and
documentation that they request. Any request from “PRC” or their
employees, agent, representative or contractors should be considered the
same as a request or demand from the undersigned.

3. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as original.

4. Your prompt reply to PRC or their employees, agent, representative or


contractors
is requested.

5. I/We authorize you to send all correspondence on our behalf to


Principal Reduction Consultants, LLC, at 183-3 Keith Street,
Warrenton, VA 20186 or to any other
address requested by “PRC” or their employees, agent, representative
or contractors.

14. I/We authorize PRC or their employees, agents, representatives or


contractors to
send my Lender an Official Qualified Written Request and also provide
Lender with
“Documented Findings” relating to any possible excessive fees and mortgage
related compliance issues found after PRC has completed a Mortgage Loan
Document Review/Report on my/our behalf.

15. I/We authorize PRC or their employees, agents, representatives or


contractors to
negotiate a Dollar Refund/Remediation Settlement on my/our behalf with the
Lender.

16. I/We authorize PRC or their employees, agents, representatives or


contractors to
file Documented Complaints on my/our behalf to Local, State and Federal
Regulatory Agencies in the event my Lender does not acknowledge the
Official
Qualified Written Request sent from PRC on my/our behalf within 20 business
days, and if Lender fails to attempt to settle (Documented Compliance
Mortgage
Related Issue Findings) with 60-90 business days, as required under RESPA
(Real
Estate Settlement Procedures Act.)

17. I/We acknowledge that we will supply PRC or their employees, agents,
representatives or contractors with the following documents:

○ A Copy of Original Application


○ A copy of Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
○ A copy of Truth in Lending Statement (TIL)
○ A copy of Final HUD-1 Settlement Statement
○ A copy of Mortgage and Note including any Riders (ARM, etc.)
○ A copy of Uniform Residential Loan Application
○ A copy of most recent monthly loan statement from lender
○ A copy of U.S. Individual Tax Returns for 2 years prior to date
of settlement
○ A copy of Appraisal (if applicable)
○ A copy of any Mortgage Broker/Lender Fee Agreements
○ Executed Borrower Authorization/Certification/Info Form
○ Executed Engagement Letter
18. Failure to comply with this grant of authority or any reasonable
request by PRC or their employees, agents, representatives or
contractors will result in immediate legal action for legal and
equitable remedies, may include a demand for
rescission, and will include a demand for recovery of attorney fees, costs
and all other out-of-pocket expenses in connection with the
review, audit, demand, claim refund or collection of damages.

ENGAGEMENT LETTER

Dear Homeowner(s),

The purpose of this Engagement Letter together with all exhibits hereto, the
“Agreement” is
to set forth the terms and conditions upon which parties have agreed upon.
“PRC” with an address at 183-3 Keith Street, Warrenton, VA 20186 will file
Documented Complaints on my/our behalf to Local, State and Federal Regulatory Agencies in
the event my Lender does not acknowledge the Official Qualified Written Request
sent from PRC on my/our behalf within 20 business days, and if Lender fails to
attempt to settle (Documented Compliance Mortgage Related Issue Findings) with
60-90 business days, as required under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.) on
behalf of Homeowner(s), with an address at:

Responsibilities

Client(s) have enlisted the services of PRC to disclose any possible local, state, and
federal
regulatory compliance and mortgage related issues. PRC will send Client(s) any
written
correspondence sent to the Lender on behalf of the Client(s). PRC will also give
Client(s) a copy
of all documented complaints, if any, sent to any local, state and/or federal regulatory
agency on
behalf of Client(s). Client(s) will need to execute the Borrower Authorization/Certification
form
(Exhibit A) and this Engagement Letter, prior to PRC accepting engagement.

Client(s) understand that they will need to send PRC in a timely manner, legible
copies of all the
documents listed in the Borrower Authorization/Certification form (Exhibit A.) Client(s)
understand that they should not send any original documents, only legible copies that
will be
needed for PRC review. PRC will not return these documents.

Client(s) understand that PRC will be providing principal mortgage reduction


services on behalf of
client. Client understands that PRC are not Attorneys and will not give legal advice
to Client(s).
PRC may contract an attorney to perform services on behalf of PRC to facilitate or
perform some
of the services contemplated by this agreement and Client acknowledges that any
Attorneys hired
by PRC are not clients Attorney and Client acknowledges and understands that no
Attorney Client
relationship is created or shall exist between Client and any Attorney contracted
by PRC .

Scope of Services

The following sets forth the scope of this Engagement and summarizes the tasks to
be performed
by PRC. PRC will use Clients Forensic Audit setting forth possible Excessive Fees/Charges
by the
Lender, Deceptive Predatory Lending Practices, and/or other Fraudulent Abusive Mortgage
related issues. PRC will base their complaint to the Lender not on any legal standard
but on
industry standard and on the documents Client(s) are able to provide.

PRC “Professionals” will file a “qualified written request” directly with the Lender on your
behalf, providing the Lender with “Documented Exhibits of our Findings.”

At that time, PRC will attempt to get a Dollar Refund/Remediation Settlement and/or a
Mortgage
loan restructure on your behalf from the Lender.

Compensation

The payment due of $____________ shall only be due upon the obtaining of a Dollar
Refund/Remediation Settlement and/or a Mortgage loan restructure (Principal Reduction) on
your behalf from the Lender. Payment must be payable to PRC in the form of a money order
or cashier’s check, or any debit or credit card. PRC Does Not Accept Cash.
No payment is required unless the PRC services as set forth in this agreement are fulfilled.

In the event PRC is successful in helping Client(s) get a Dollar Refund/Remediation from the
Lender, PRC, will be entitled to compensation from the Client(s) totaling 20% Of the Total
Dollar Refund/Remediation Settlement, Received from Lender. [Example: A $4,000 Total
Dollar Refund would be split 80% ($3,200) to Client(s) and 20% ($800) to PRC

PRC will file documented Complaint(s) on your behalf with the proper Local, State, and
Federal Regulatory Agencies in the event Lender does not Settle or Resolve the mortgage
related issue(s) within 60 business days of our “qualified written request.”

Client/Homeowner(s) acknowledge they are fully aware of the services provided by


PRC and elect to “voluntarily” participate in the services provided within this
agreement whether or not any monetary recoveries are obtained.

Note: compensation to Attorneys(s) contracted by PRC are the responsibility of PRC and
you will not be billed for Attorney(s) costs in addition to the PRC fee.

Note: Section 6 of RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) requires a lender to
acknowledge a “Qualified Written Request” within 20 Business Days and Lender must try to
resolve the issue within 60 Business Days.

Confidentiality
PRC will provide Client(s) with a Borrower Authorization/Certification Form (Exhibit A),
listing
types of documents needed to complete this agreement in a timely manner. PRC
agrees to review
and inspect these documents only for the purposes described above, and to
otherwise hold such
information/findings confidential pursuant to the terms of this agreement. PRC will
notify
Client(s) if any of the documents requested are not complete, legible or missing.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, shall constitute the entire
agreement and the
complete understanding between PRC and the Client(s), unless amended by a
subsequent
instrument signed by PRC and the Client(s). The laws of the State of Virginia shall
govern this
Agreement.

You may cancel the agreement at any time and this agreement shall automatically
terminate Ninety
(90) days after it is executed if the services are not completed within Ninety days.
If services are
completed within Ninety (90) days then payment must be made by Client(s) even
if payment would
occur after the expiration of Ninety (90) days.

It is understood that the undersigned acknowledges that this is a legally binding


agreement and that
Client(s) should obtain Legal Advice, if they choose prior to signing this
agreement.

In witness whereof, the above named parties hereto have caused this Agreement
to be executed and
have hereunder set their hands, as of this day and year written below.
