    Nurse Lian : Good Afternoon, Mrs.Dwiti , I’m nurse Lian , how are you today ?
    what can I do for you ?
    Patient Dwiti : Good Afternoon to, nurse Lian I’m not felling well today.
    Nurse Lian : Mrs. Dwiti, can you tell about the problems of your condition ?
    Patient Dwiti : I have a problem with headache and chest pain.
    Nurse Lian : Did you sleep well last night, Mrs. Dwiti ?
    Patient Dwiti : Not really bad, cause I still got a problem with my headache.
    Nurse Lian : Okay Mrs. Dwiti , this afternoon I will checking vital sign to check
    your pulse, temperature, and measuring your blood pressure.
    Patient Dwiti : Surely nurse, Please check it.
    Nurse Lian : First.i will check the temperature and pulse of you.
    Patient Dwiti : How about the result, nurse ?
    Nurse Lian : The result is your temp 360C and your pulse 110x/menit and will
    checking your blood pressure, Mrs. Please rool up your sleeve ?
    Your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg your got a problem with your
    blood pressure cause is to high range.
    Patient Dwiti : What is it the danger, nurse ?
    Nurse Lian : Sure, if you’re the blood pressure high range and that risk a
    complication.
    Patient Dwiti : Please,specify steps maybe recommend to lower my high blood
    pressure, nurse
    Nurse Lian : Okay, you need a rest a little bit. Moreover, you have to avoid the
    fat foods, cholesterol. I suggest you to eat more fruits and
    vegetables.
    Patient Dwiti : Okay, Nurse, thankyou for you information.
    Nurse Lian : You’re welcome, enjoy your rest and get well soon.
