After creating the building model using TRNBuild, which is a TRNSYS's interface
creating and editing all of the non-geometrical information required by TRNSYS
Building Model, interior conditions of the building was simulated in order to identify
monthly energy balance in the building as well as annual number of uncomfortable
working hours without heating and cooling.

This week, I have conducted a dynamic thermal simulation using the simulation
package TRNSYS in order to analyze the influence of individual measures and to
compare the thermal behavior of the two areas within the building using different
variants. Energy balances were conducted for different thermal zones in order to
analyze the thermal behavior and to determine the energy requirements of the building.

I have found that the ability of night ventilation is an effective approach as a passive
cooling technique in order to improve comfort condition during the summer months.
Therefore, I would like to develop a TRNSYS model with a night ventilation
configuration for the building which could be challenging for me and therefore, I would
like to discuss these issues in next meeting.
