    GlobalGiving: Market Entry (2018)

    GlobalGiving is a 501 non-profit organization based


    in the united states that provides a global crowd
    funding platform for grassroots charitable projects.
    Our team did a thorough industry analysis of India
    and built and highlighted areas of arbitrage in the
    market. Following this, we built a disruptive market
    entry strategy specific to Indian market.

    Dimagi: Impact Assessment (2018)

    For Dimagi, we built an impact assessment model to


    isolate the impact of the technology deployed by
    Dimagi to collect data for the IC DS project in Bihar;
    and later scaled to a pan India model. The primary
    challenge was to differentiate between the outcomes
    and outputs of the program to isolate Dimagi's impact
    in the true sense .

    Ketto.org: Risk Analysis (2017)

    Our team devised a framework for NGO assessment


    and risk analysis using metrics like cost -
    effectiveness, room for funding and transparency to
    move donations received to high -performing NGOs.
