FARY LOCHAN DISTILLERY was founded on the 18th of December 2009 by the passionate entrepreneur Jens-Erik
Jørgensen. He´s vision was to make the best single malt whisky in the world right here in Denmark! We are a family
run distillery and we value high quality over quantity at any time!

We produce a very limited number of whiskies per year, and the number of releases is also very limited. Besides
whisky we also specialize in award-winning Gins, Aquavits and Liqueurs.

Unique Selling Points


We use a small part of our own malt, but the main part of the malt used is original whisky malt. This combination
of malts make our whisky unique - and the highest quality is always ensured.

We use fresh nettles to smoke our malt, which is also very unique to us. The mineral filled water used in the pro-
duction comes from the clean spring under the village of Farre.

Mosgaard Whisky is established with the vision of making a new interpretation of organic Gin and Whisky from Fyn
in Denmark. Fyn is known for being the Fruitgarden of Denmark due to the special climate, soil and water beneath
it. With this as background we create organic Gin and Whisky with inspiration from the fruit orchards around us,
full of fruity notes - clean as the air and water around us and lots of softness and harmony in the taste.

All products are based on 100% certified organic raw materials which ensure the highest quality in production. The
distillery is established by Gitte and Jes Mosgaard in 2015 and all production equipment is designed by Mosgaard
Whisky and built to optimize the taste profile - ”the taste of Fyn”

We produce our gins at Denmarks one and only dedicated gin distillery and Aarhus’ first distillery in more than 100
years. The distillery is located in an old pumping station at the South harbour. Our distillator is named Fr. Müller
and we love her, like we love gin with an edge.

We are of Denmarks first gin distillers and produce more than 10 different and distinct gins including sloe gin and
barrel aged gin. All of them includes handpicked Danish nature.

We can’t stop developing gins with unique and never seen tasting dimensions and we do that in close coorperati-
on with universities, Michelin restaurants and cocktails experts.

Our gins have won several exclusive gin competitions - you find Njord in Denmark’s best bars, restaurants and
spirit shops. And in 7 other European countries.

Nordisk Brænderi ApS is a Danish family-owned micro distillery located at the windy coast in Northern Denmark.
The distillery is founded and managed by engineer and adventurer, Anders Bilgram, who lead a pioneering expedi-
tion around the Arctic ocean. During these adventures, Anders became passionate about translating his adventu-
rous personality and love for nature into hand-crafted premium spirits. In 2009, this became a reality and Nordisk
Brænderi started its own adventure. The distillery produces snaps, eau-de-vie, fruit brandy, and gin and is par-
ticularly proud of the Nordisk Gin series consisting of Edition Northstar, Edition Sarek, and Edition Sloe. Combining
the love of many interesting botanicals that Anders came across during his adventures and the love of good gin
made perfect sense when setting out to develop this series.

Unique Selling Points


We strive for high quality, working to make smooth and innovative premium spirits. Our products are heavily inspi-
red by adventure and the Nordic nature, and we both use and incorporate the beautiful and aromatic surrounding
nature. We handpick our botanicals locally, we mash locally, and we distill locally. This means that the batches
might differ slightly from each other, since the taste of the botanicals can differ in relation to the time of the year
that the botanicals are picked. Our water flows straight from a spring within a stone cast of our front door. Our ap-
ples and pears are grown, picked, and pressed less than fifty miles south in Denmark. This is what we mean by local
distilling, and this is what we do. All products are craft distilled on hand-made German Müller copper pot stills. The
pot stills are fitted with state-of-the-art columns that are designed to fully extract complex flavours of the unique
botanicals that we use in our products. During the past couple of years our craftsmanship has been internationally
acknowledged, and our products have won several medals.

In 1997, René Christensen first started experimenting with liqueurs made from nature’s rich stock of fruit and ber-
ries. He experimented over several years until he finally succeeded in finding the perfect formula – and Creme De
Sureau, our Elderberry variety was born.

When NORLIQ first started promoting the product, customers and experts were impressed with the fine balance
between alcohol, light sweetness and the port-like nuances. René continued the product development by introdu-
cing Creme de Cerise, our Cherry variety. This product has been very successful and is a very popular as well in the
summer on-the-rocks as at Christmas.

In 2015 the latest product Creme de Noix , a liqueur made from green walnuts, came on the market. This product
has caused sensations across our markets and is very popular served with the cheese board or as a low-alcohol
avec. In August 2017, our Rhubarb hit the market. The authentic flavour of sharpish rhubarb complimented by
strawberry and vanilla quickly became a favourite.

NORLIQ offers a set of unique liqueurs – the Sureau may be the only fermented elderberry liqueur on the market
and the Noix has been generally acclaimed to set new standards for peers. The high quality and authencity of our
liqueurs have made them very popular in the bar segment, where several high profile names use our products in
many different cocktails.

At Original Tender we mix our skills and experience with quality products for delivering favorite cocktails in the
easiest way possible. Our goal is to serve cocktails of the highest quality and with the same taste as if you ordered
them in a cocktail bar with a professional bartender behind the counter. Original Tender is produced using only
natural preservatives. This gives likeable products with pure tastes.

The idea for Original Tender arose from the lack of opportunities in relation to alcoholic drinks of high quality to

Plateau handcrafted gin is conceived from the ambition to create a gin with an edge, blending unusual ingredi-
ents, and work with the best possible distiller to get a good result. We distill in Northern Sweden, in a little town
called Tevsjo, a place very similar to Twin Peaks :-)

We distilled in a copper pot with fresh Orange, Dragon fruit, Lime, Bulow Black liquorice syrup, Columbian Coffee,
Juniper, Angelica, Orris root and other quality botanicals, we then let it macerate for at least 24 hours, before we
distillate a second time. We have distribution in Denmark & Sweden, but dream about selling it in other countries,
and we have stock in Stockholm ready to ship off quickly to all countries in the world.

All botanicals are fresh, best quality.We try to make all our spirits with exiting labels (designed by us and a tatoo
artist). The goal is to differ from all the other liquer companies and give us a more Rock N Roll style. Right now we
have two gin`s called “Plateau” & “Tranquillite” and a liquer called “Lord Monty”. Later in the summer we will have a
Mexican inspired Aquavit ready, also with a cool label front.

It all started in a basement, with the two friends, whom wanted do something new on the Danish shots marked.
Denmark has a long tradition of consuming shots. We wanted to make a shot from the best, natural ingredients
possible. It would seem obvious to make a quality product using real natural ingredients, but the “regularly” produ-
ced shots are made with aromas, glycose and molasses spirits. We use the best liquorice available, which is made
from real liquorice roots from the middle-east. We use real, natural sugar and a spirit made on grain, which give the
smooth and round taste of the product.

Pure Shots started in July 2015, beginning full time in March 2016, where the sales open to the broader Danish
market. Sales went from zero - 20.000 bottles a month very quickly and we are still experiencing a rapid, conti-
nuous growth. We have three different flavors - Licorice, Passion/mango and Raspberry/rhubarb -, and later this
year we will launch a new flavour.

2018 we will start exporting to Germany and Netherland.

beverages in the Danish market. Scape Spirits is also the owner of the Ginscape brand.

Ginscape is a Danish London Dry Gin distilled with organic sea buckthorn berries from the Danish island Bornholm.

Scandinavia`s first and only commercial organic Limoncello – a family owned and family driven company.

The SCHIRRIPA® company is located in Denmark. It is owned by Peter and Sandra Schirripa Skou. Sandra`s family
is originally from Southern Italy and the SCHIRRIPA® Limoncello traditions and recipes has been passed down
through generations in her family. At this point SCHIRRIPA® has two commercial products: Schirripa® Limoncello
Classico and Schirripa® Crema di Limoncello. Personal funds and a lot of hard work have been invested in order to
prepare for launching the products outside of Denmark.

Schirripa Limoncello is made from 100% organic ingredients. Nothing artificial is added – It`s all natural raw ingre-
dients.

The result is a Limoncello with all the precious characteristics from old Italian production methods enriched by the
freshness and genuinity of organically grown raw materials.

ELG GIN is handcrafted premium Danish gin, produced at Stone Grange Craft Distillery situated in the beautifully
surroundings at Lake Esrom north of Copenhagen.

Using only three botanicals makes it possible to produce a gin with extraordinary precision. The three botanicals
are extracted in pure wheat spirit and distilled separately using an advanced column distillation method, providing
not only a unique purity and elegance in the distillate, but also allows to achieve the same flavour and aroma in
every batch independent of fluctuations in the content of flavours in raw botanicals from year to year.
ELG GIN undoubtedly contains the highest portion of juniper essential oils among all different gin types. ELG GIN
becomes opalescent when diluted with mixers. It’s a sign of quality, reflecting the high content of essential oils,
which additionally promote the mouthfeel and thus thesensory experience. ELG GIN is Produced in batches of
1,250 bottles, each labelled with batch – and bottle number and signed by the master distiller Henrik Elsner. ”ELG”
is the master distillers nickname.
ELG GIN covers No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 - more to come.

Thy Whisky is a Danish Single Malt Whisky run by organic farmer Nicolaj Nicolajsen and his sons-in-law, Jakob and
Andreas, now 8th generation to run their farm in Thy, Jutland. Nestled in between the Limfjord and the North Sea
near the picturesque National Park Thy, Gyrup is the place where the family grow and malt the grains, brew the
wort and mature the whisky in the old stables.

Thy Whisky experiments with both modern and Nordic heritage types of fx barley, rye and spelt in their whiski-
es. So far 7 single malt whiskies has been released, plus a set of special ’Young Spirit’ releases. Currently bottling
1-2.000 bottles and adding 6.000 liters of new spirit to the warehouse a year. In 2017, Thy Whisky lauched a cask
owners programme.

Thy Whisky has become one of the most appraised Danish spirits, and has been awarded two silver medals at the
SFWSC 2017 and received 93.5/100 rating in Jim Murrays Whisky Bible 2017 and 92/100 in 2018.

dal Kirsebærvin. No one has ever fermented cherries like this, no one has been chasing the genetic best cherry in
terms of taste for wine production, and no one has built a winery combining techniques from Bordeaux, Banyules,
and Burgundy with wine ageing in Cognac, Port, red wine and Grand Marnier barriques. Everything is put into play
on the quest for a taste in the wine that when enjoyed gives the feeling of angel wings. Ageing and maturation
gives very different taste in the 7 different types of wine which are beyond comparison.

The 2017 production, which is expected to be released to the market starting in


mid 2018, contains sparkling wines made from blackcurrant, red currant, goose-

Vejrhøj Vingård is a Danish boutique vineyard and winery. Our yearly production is around 10.000 bottles. The
vineyard - situated on the western coast of Zealand an hours drive from Copenhagen - is covering 3 ha of south
facing slopes overlooking the sea. Here the climate - albeit cool and Northern - is mild, and the summer days are
long, implying a slow ripening of the grapes, and contributing to the complex, intense flavours and the elegant
acidity of the wines.

We mainly produce white wines and a bit of rosé wine - some fermenting and maturing in oak barrels, some in
steal tanks. In general we adhere to a low interference winemaking philosophy. Some batches are fermenting

Snoremark Æblemjød [Snoremark Apple Mead] is a contemporary re-interpretation of the Nordic mead produced

Vesterhavsmost® Is owned by Laubjergs Planteskole who produces Vesterhavsfrugt® close to Vesterhavet(North
Sea).

The cool night’s give’s the fruit a long ripening period, and a lot of light from the North Sea, gives the special flavor.

The production has 13 different variants, made with pure single apple varieties. Each of them have their own
unique taste.

Production runs in autumn, and uses only handpicked apples from the 6ha big fruit plantation. The juice is past-
eurized in a modern tube heat exchanger pasteurizing system, which keeps the flavor
in top. Then the juice is filled in 0.75L bottles.

The quality of the apples is so good, that the rest product from the juice production, is dried to apple granulate, so
