When NORLIQ first started promoting the product, customers and experts were impressed with the fine balance

In 2015 the latest product Creme de Noix , a liqueur made from green walnuts, came on the market. This product

avec. In August 2017, our Rhubarb hit the market. The authentic flavour of sharpish rhubarb complimented by
strawberry and vanilla quickly became a favourite.

is originally from Southern Italy and the SCHIRRIPA® Limoncello traditions and recipes has been passed down

The apple mead is fermented on the basis of local honey, organic applejuice and herbs from the familie owned
Snoremark farm located close to the fiord, Roskilde Fjord. The farm dates back hundreds of years .
Mead is the term used for wine brewed on the basis of honey and was for centuries the finest Nordic dessert wine,
known as wine reserved for goddess. The goal of Snoremark has been to recreate mead as an exclusive gourmet
wine. In 2010, Snoremark’s master brewer chose to reinvent the entire mead process. She was so successful that
the first brew was appointed the best mead in Denmark by the Danish Beekeepers’ Association, who is in charge of
assessing Danish mead. Since then, Snoremark Æblemjød have won several awards in Danish fruit wine competiti-
ons and have been highly recommended in the Danish as well as foreign media.

The cool night’s give’s the fruit a long ripening period, and a lot of light from the North Sea, gives the special flavor.
The production has 13 different variants, made with pure single apple varieties. Each of them have their own
unique taste.
Production runs in autumn, and uses only handpicked apples from the 6ha big fruit plantation. The juice is past-
eurized in a modern tube heat exchanger pasteurizing system, which keeps the flavor
in top. Then the juice is filled in 0.75L bottles.
The quality of the apples is so good, that the rest product from the juice production, is dried to apple granulate, so
there is no food waste, everything is used. Vesterhavsfrugt® is GLOBAL GAP certified
