Please provide a comment to let the student know of any weakness they can work on,
and/or any strength to commend:

 I would like to see a little more initiative when simulations come in. I want to see her take
cases without being asked. I think it will help build her confidence. As she is still learning
processes for IMRT I do think she is where she should be given the timeline. Other than
that, Bianca is very pleasant to work with.
