Position Summary
Reporting to Sales Manager and supporting sales team, your main responsibilities will be:
• Data analysis- support TT / MT by providing report, information and sales data as request
• KPIs update- compiling and consolidate KPIs update timiely (IMS/NIS/SOS/POG)
• Management & analytics of IMS/NIS data & reporting
• Trade execution planning- Manage POSM allocation
• Trade execution reporting- compile trade execution update by channel
• SIP reporting- provide sales number to support SIP payout
• Meeting and Business Review- Support Channel Director in organizing internal and external meeting
• SOP- support SOM in SOP audit & drives continuous improvements
• Training of sales teams Distributor
• Third party cash team management SFA retails audit, consolidate & update SFA report
• Third party merchandiser management, Promotion activities ,Documentation
Required Skills and Experience
• Degree in Business or relevant discipline
• 3 -5 years of experience in sales analyst role with a reputable company Ideally multi-national
• Very strong Excel skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of English in both writing and spoken. Proficient in other dialect will be an advantage
• Able to handle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks that being assigned,
• Passionate for data mining and analysis work

Description
Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to
increase overall sales productivity. He/she must collect sales records and evaluate performance based on sales
quotas while taking into consideration current economic conditions. The development and tracking of key
performance indictors will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.
The Sales Analyst will create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis,
provide support for Sales Team & and assess future needs and with a very good eye on data integrity. Collect sales
records & trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas. Set up reports containing respective
conclusions, ideas, and general guidance. Prepare proposal draft, ensuring that content meets client s requirements,
internal and legal standards.
• Assists the management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
• Prime duty to work for increasing the productivity so will have to collect, analyze, report the data to increase
general sales productivity.
• Analyzes the business operations to determine profitability as well as to create a baseline for operational changes
and action.
• Evaluates the sales trends and records and evaluating performance calculated against sales quotas.
• Analysis customers behaviors and trends to update the Sales team in case of any changes in to take the right action.
Conducting Market Research that would support the sales team in creating new opportunities and channels.
Analysis the feedback also and oversee the outcomes and set up accounts containing respective ideas, conclusions
and all-purpose guidance
• Analysis the requests for proposals actively.
• Develops and prepares the reporting structure and models that identify costs per unit and determine baseline for
action.
