Technical Parameters
PMV pulverized coal bunker pneumatic gate valve is a special device for powder transmission for pulverized coal bunker.
When the powder is flowing normally, the friction of the powder with the valve body wall is relatively smaller. In the valve
opening or closing process, the powder state of motion changes, a vortex formed, and a strong impact on the valve plate
and the sealing surface of the valve body in contact with the valve plate. The friction increases progressively, so valve plate
and the sealing surface of the valve body are badly worn. As time passes, the gap between gradually increases, resulting in
valve leakage. For the above reasons, the easy worn points of the pneumatic gate valve by our company is made of anti-
friction materials, as well the valve structure design had fully considered the characteristics of powder materials with hard
material in, thus it seldom appears that the valve stuck by the materials and the valve board can’t slid. The valve can work
under hard environment for a long-term without troubles. Schneider travel switch is used for opening and closing limit
switch, and contact is dry contact.
PMV pulverized coal bunker pneumatic gate valve is equipped with double action cylinder and solenoid valve as drive
devices. Switch signal from the Schneider trip switch is transmitted to the control room, to realize the remote switch
control of the valve.

Vertical mill airlock discharging valve is adopted foreign technology and applied into raw material mill and coal mill, which
has the characteristic of good airlock, nonstick material, wear resistant, and rotor clearance is flexible to adjust.
Design Feature
· The inside valve body of airlock vertical mill discharging valve is lined with wear-resistant cylinder. The cylinder can be directly
dismantled, and maintenance is simple and convenient.
· Rotor bending plate is provided with a wear strip. The clearance between the strip and the cylinder bushing is adjustable. Using
wear strips increases the wear resistance of the airlock valve, as well as the service life, with excellent airlock effect.
· The rotor center of the vertical mill airlock discharging valve is equipped with wear-resistant rubber plate, tightly fixed with

Self-cleaning rotary valve is a new type rotary valve by adding cleaning blades based on the traditional rotary valve. This

The Lump Breaker is used for crushing of lumps from discharger. These lumps are formed due to hydration in silos or bins.
In case lump material could not be discharged, which will cause material blocking and therefore incorrect signals will be
generated by flow regulating valve.
It may affect normal operation of the processing system, in some cases, the signals will cause serious unbalance between
raw material and fuel, which will result in equipment accidents for overhigh temperature within burning equipments.
A horizontal or vertical type lump breaker is available and is used in the discharge area in front of the discharge equipment,
for example flow control gates or pneumatic shutoff valve. For fluent discharging, lumps in material will be crushed
immediately to prevent discharging valves being blocked by the lumps.
A rotor with crushing arms arranged radially and displaced on the shaft, draws the lumps against a grate where it crushes
the lumps.
The operational safety of the lump crusher is ensured by an integrated motor rotate speed device in control box. When
some lumps which were failed to be crushed block the rotor, the integrated motor rotate speed device in control box will
alarm and reverse the rotor automatically, then forward it when the lumps which can not to be crushed were pushed aside.
When lumps are too hard to crush, the crusher will keep on reversing and forwarding operation with continued alarm.
Operation staff shall clean the lumps that can not to be crushed to avoid equipment damage. Technical features of horizontal type lump crusher(H-type)
