    where you can see amazing paper
    creations and meet paper
    modelers, designers and collectors.
    After visiting the convention, stop

    Cut three pieces of
    1/16th-inch dowel,
    wire or plastic rod to the
    lengths indicated. Paint the
    dowels black. Assemble the inner
    framework as indicated in the diagram,
    then add the windspeed indicator and
    canard support to the front boom.
    Next add the wings, pilot
