 Daily deals with the customers all over the Pakistan regarding distribution
of products.
 Ensures the solutions of all queries of the customers within time and as per
policy of the company.
 Ensure preparation of customers’ delivery orders & generate them and
follow up them until the delivery from the factory.
 Coordinate with NQIL and Surge FGs for receipt of order & dispatches.
 Work on claims raised by the customers and make it approve from the
finance department.
 Prepare transfer notes of the products from one customer to another
customer as and when required and follow up for the adjustment.
 Keep record of RGR sent by the customer and coordinate with NQIL and
surge RGS for acknowledgement.
 Maintain record of transporter bills and forward timely to Internal Audit
Department for verification.
 Perform any other responsibility as and when assigned by the Manager
Distribution.

 Prepare on daily basis Stock and Sales Statement of Primary Sales Depot wise
including different comparison.
 Monitor timely arrangement of Weekly, Monthly Stock, and Sales Statement
of Secondary Sales from related Distributors, arrange compilation, and further
publish to all concerned.
 Plan Stock Replenishment / Goods Transfer Notes for Depots.
 Arrange for sending the desired selection of products to concerned depots as
per ABCN classification for Cycle Counting every week and lease after
posting confirmation for variance report and get it approved from Commercial
Manager for necessary adjustments.
 Work out allocation by distributor for new products and for products where
trade deal is being offered.
 Plan Stock Replenishment / Goods Transfer Notes for Depots.
 Monitor the accuracy of Item Master and Customer Master.
 Prepare Sales Tax summary by Customer, get it verified from Finance and
deliver to Material Management Department.
 Prepare month end provision for Finance Department.
 Open new customer and edit as per detail provided (as per prescribed format),
scan through Denied party software XPORTA, and keep record of Audit
Trails.
 Data entry in Item Master specific field of finished goods or editing as per
details provided and record keeping of Audit Trails.
 Prepare miscellaneous analysis reports as and when required.

 To maintain constant review of stock level on weekly feedback from factory and
pending orders.

 Prepare Sales analysis reports for CSMs & DM&S.

 To accomplish other assignments as and when asked by superiors.
