In my mom’s side, my greatgrandparents are Spanish and Filipino. My
grandparents met at their neighbourhood and they were classmates and they
were both from ozamis city.
In my dad’s side, my greatgrandparents are Chinese and Filipino.
My grandparents met in a youth fellowship. They are from surigao city.

By means of relaxation and recreation, we often watch movies together, travel together
and eat somewhere.
D. What do you like and hate most with your dad, mom, and siblings? My dad loves too
much adventure to the point where he doesnt wanna go to work. My mom is too OC in
cleanliness, no matter what I do to clean the house it would be all useless because she’s
too perfectionist. My brother doesnt listen to anyone and has a habit of doing things
later or never.
E. How does your family cope with problems, conflicts and disappointments?
We managed our problems and conflicts by discussing about it. Although mother won’t
stop repeating those words until we learn.
F. How do you celebrate good times and success? Going out for shopping and eating at
restaurants if we dont have the time to celebrate it at home with family and friends.

 Infancy- I often trust people easily, I smile very often and enjoy anybody's
company
 Toddlerhood- Learned to walk and enjoys going to the beach or pool
 Preschool- I play with my neighbors and classmate often boys.
 Grade School- I was fond of playing games that boys often play. (E.g. Playcards)
 High School- I only hangout with friends that I'm really close with and most of
them are boys.
 College- I only have 3 closest friends and they're all girls. Away from family and
learned how to live independently.

V. Dreams, Ambitions and Goals


A. Personal Plans and Goals/ Career plans and Goals,
I went to nursing school in preparation for medicine degree in the future if God permits.
I don’t really want to work as a nurse abroad and be separated from my family so if I
work here in the Philippines I’ll get a good pay. My number one goal in life is to bring
back all the hardships and sacrifices of my parents for us. Then after I do that I’m gonna
travel anywhere around. Marriage would be last on the list.

 What is ideal marriage? In the future I want to have a marriage that has the
willingness to give, share take. And ofcourse God is the center of our
relationship.
 What is your ideal age for marriage?
I originally planned on marrying by the age of 25, but since my future career
wouldn’t allow me to I’m moving it till 30.
 Who/What is your ideal life partner?
My ideal life partner would be someone who understands me and would fully
accept me as I am. Someone who would be sweet to me even if I go rough with
him. Someone who is financially stable and is responsible enough to raise a
family with me.
 What is your ideal family and home?
In the future, I hope to have a loving family. Where we’d all get along and have
mandatory roadtrips and bondings on Sundays.

D. Self-Actualization Standards
Always reminded myself of my worth and never lower down my standard for anyone.
Stay strong in times of trials. If I can do something by myself I should do it without the
help from others.
VI. Hero Worship/Fantasies/Obsessions/Preoccupations/Nightmares
I don’t have any obsession with worldly things and fantasies. The only hero I worship is God.

What is your long-standing guiding principle in life?

Do what makes you happy, people will judge you anyway.

I am a protestant and I believe in one God. I know saints and we honor them but never worship
them. I believe in life after death and gift of eternal life.

A. What are your positive and negative traits
My positive traits includes being concerned with people, loving, very caring,
appreciative, smiling.
My negative traits includes being short tempered, impatient, being lazy at times and
reckless.
B. What do you want to do about them?
I will do my best to control or lessen my negative traits and improve the positive ones.
C. If there is something in your life that you could change, what is it and why?
I don’t wish to change anything in my life, I would’ve said I wanted to get rich but I’m
happy and contented with how my life is right now.
