University of Rhode Island Athletics Marketing Department Intern
Marketing and promotions interns fulfill the multiple marketing programs by writing copy, updating websites, interacting
with fans regularly, downloading and cutting music for athletic events, inputting data into the email marketing platform,
assisting in grassroots initiatives, staffing marketing tables around campus, tracking and analyzing social media marketing
metrics. Developed and implemented the URI Athletics Snapchat account which promotes our Athletic events.

Assist in the coordination and service of golf and special events. Interact with golf club patrons and communicate specific
customer service requests. Work closely with a team to ensure accurate timing of all events. Understand and communicate

Managed and ensured the safety of approximately thirty second grade students, while participating in and coordinating
activities throughout a scheduled day.

Worked as a cashier, deli slicer, and storefront organizer. Handled customers requests, answered phone calls, managed
orders and in store stock.
