b. SQUEEZE SQUEEZE SHOULDER BLADES BACK AND DOWN
c. SINK BEND KNEES, LOWER WAIST (KEEP TIGHTNESS IN LOWER BACK)
d. HANDS BRING TO FRONT, READY TO MOVE

2. BUZZING THE FEET


(WIDEN FEET, CONTROL FOOTWORK, GAIN GROUND FORWARD)
a. CLOSE - CLOSE THE DISTANCE
b. FEET - HEEL TO TOE STRIDES
c. HIT - DOWNHILL POWER STEP (HOLD IT FOR DRILL)

3. HIT POSITION
(POSITION @ MOMENT OF IMPACT)
a. STEP DOWNHILL POWER STEP (NICE & LOW IN STAGGERED STANCE)
b. RISING BLOW FRONT FOOT UNDER SHOULDER, BACK FOOT UNDER HIPS)
c. HANDS UP, CHIN & EYES UP, TENSION IN BACK SQUEEZED TOGETHER

4. SHOOT
(QUICK, EXPLOSIVE OPENING OF THE HIPS)
a. SINK HIPS AND GLUTES BACK
b. SHOOT HIPS LEAD WAY
c. HIT WITH FRONT OF SHOULDER (TOP OF #S)

5. RIP POSITION
(ARMS UP, THROW UPWARDS)
a. UPPER BODY MOTION DOUBLE UPPERCUTS
b. RIP UP
c. GRAB CLOTH
