Student Rule Scavenger Hunt

1. Where do we hang our backpacks?


a. Answer- Lockers
b. Expectations: Lockers should be organized with backpack on the hook.
If you have a lunch, your lunch will be placed in the locker as well.
Nothing else should be cluttering your locker.
2. Where do we sit every day?
a. Answer- Desks
b. Expectations: Desks should stay organized. Within each desk, you
should have a folder for each subject that has a different color code.
Desk will also have SSR book and your pencil box. Desk fairies, which is
one of our class room jobs, the desk fairy will go around and check out
everyones desk to make sure they are clean and organized and if so
they will leave a treat.
3. Where is the place that we will come together and made a promise for the
year?
a. Answer- Class Constitution
b. Expectations: Together we will make the class constitution at this time.
Here is a brief outline of what our constitution can look like.

4. Where is the extras?
a. Answer: The supply closet
b. Expectations: If you need any paper, crayons, markers, tissue, etc. just
make sure you ask the teacher first before wondering in the closet.
5. Whats my job this week?
a. Answer: Weekly job board
b. Expectations: Jobs will change weekly. Please be responsible for your
job, the whole class is counting on you.
6. What will today look like?
a. Answer- daily schedule
b. Expectations: The schedule will be written here every day for
reference.
7. There are a lot of us, where we sit in rows in abc order and boxes.
a. Answer- Class Library
b. Expectations: The library should be kept in abc order and kept in the
correct book boxes. There are letters on the side of the books is the
authors last name, and is what the books are in abc order by. Every
week there will be a new librarian to make sure the books are kept in
order.
8. Who is the person who will be teaching you all year?
a. Answer- Miss. Eshleman
b. Expectations: Explain to the class at this time what I expect from them
and how I teach.
i. I will allow my students choices in their actions, with safety
always in mind first.
ii. I love being hands on and doing interesting activities as much as
I can with my students. That being said I need cooperation from
every single one of you! We will be practicing our transitions and
methods.
9. Who will be with you all year?
a. Answer- Everyone!
b. Play a fun game to get to know each other!
