INTRODUCTION
Developers Building Contracting LLC (DBC) formerly known as FNC
Industrial Trading and Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia, currently
employs over 150 people, an innovative approach that provides valuable
services for our esteemed clients and as ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC, Royal
Commission, Technique Italy, CAT, Six Contract and Aktor.
Developers Building Contracting LLC (DBC) has recently formed
Consortium with Unigulf Qatar, (Al Jabor Group) in order to deliver its
best expertise in General Contracting to valued Qatar market.

To Utilize our Experience and Expertise to serve all major Clients in the Gulf
Region.

Sami Abdallah Issa - Chief Executive Officer
A Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State
University USA, completed in 1984 has a strong extensive experience.
Sami has 39 years exeperience in oil and gas field.
Personally managed major clients (ARAMCO, SABIC, Qatar
Petroleum). Their expertise has provided our company with the controls
in delivering the best performance to construction environment.

Our strength in delivery is largely attributable to our core teams extensive
experience in construction. We deliver construction projects to multiple
sectors.
Our delivery is successful due to strong leadership from our construction
team getting involved at the early stages of the project to identify the
project risks. This allows the design to be procured and delivered to

General
Set out a HS project plan compatible with HS clients regulations and
applicable to government laws. Plan activities and setup system /
boundaries to achieve the ZERO ACCIDENT goal. Communicate plan
requirement to all the personnel and disseminate information by:
1. Training and empowering employees.
2. Ensuring compliance by monitoring, inspection and audits
3. (Cross out Company and) Utilizing a structured HS communication /
reporting system
4. Regularly reviewing and updating HS plans in line with new findings
and new regulations.
Health
Ensure that proper medical resources are setup and available to all
employees. Maintain appropriate health surveillance and reporting
systems. Ensure that a minimum of 10% of the project staff have received
First Aid training.
Safety
Ensure that Safety training and education are conducted and
documented. Actively encourage near miss as well as incident reporting
and ensure follow up to documents Lessons Learned and enhance
plan. Address road safety as a top priority including driver training testing,
vehicle inspections and journey management. Inspect/ spot check
facilities and audit safety activities

Environment
Increasing awareness of environment among all employees. Ensure
a positive attitude towards water bodies. Ensure site reinstatement on
completion of construction activities. Reporting regularly on environmental
issues to allow enhancement of HS plan.
