Narrative

Patrol observed vehicle traveling south on Lawrence Avenue with


heavily tinted side windows. A traffic stop was conducted on
Main Street and subsequent testing indicated that the vehicles
side windows were in violation of the above listed section of the
NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Narrative

Patrol observed a vehicle operating northbound on Market Street


with excessive tinting on the side windows of the vehicle. A
traffic stop was initiated and the vehicles operator was
identified as the above listed. A test of the vehicles side
windows revealed that they allowed for only 10% light
transmittance.

Narrative

Patrol observed a vehicle operated by the above listed subject


traveling eastbound on Main Street; neither the operator nor his

front seat passenger were using seat belts. A traffic stop was
initiated on Elm Street whereupon the operator and his
passenger were identified; the later was found to be less than 16
years of age.

Narrative

While traveling westbound on Sandstone Drive patrol observed a


vehicle traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed; the speed
was confirmed by radar at 50 MPH. A traffic stop was initiated in
a parking lot adjacent Munson Street and the operator was
identified as the listed subject.
