Oversee protective services for the Advanced Technology Research Facility of the National Cancer
Institute (NCI). Supervise, train, and manage performance for a team of Protective Services Officers
responsible for the oversight and monitoring of building and emergency alarm systems and Access
Control. Coordinate First Aid, CPR, and corporate training to ensure regulatory compliance.

Developed or approved all security protocols for the NCI and wrote over 30 site-specific Standard
Operation Procedures (SOPs).

Reduced operating costs by implementing an entirely paperless process, maintaining a very low
turnover rate, and cross-training Officers in limited-scope fire and safety inspections.

Performed sensitive investigative and auditing services. Collaborated with HR in investigations of
suspected employee misconduct; completed and submitted comprehensive written reports to corporate
attorneys and the Federal Drug Administration. Investigated the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA)
and audited the prescription sample inventory of Pharmaceutical Sales Reps to identify any violations.

Identified actions by a Medical Sales Rep that were indicative of falsifying records and violating the
PDMA, leading to employee termination.
