ZSW-380*96 vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and
motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the
two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start
rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the
materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward. When the materials pass the screening part,
smaller parts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

Working principle
The Whole PCL vertical impact crusher include feed hopper, classifier, whirl pool cacity, impeller, main bearing assembly base,
transmission device and motor etc. Operating pinciple is as follows: the materials enter the crusher through feeder hopper, which is
divided into two parts, one part through the middle of classifier entering into the rotating impeller at high speed, then accelerated, whose
speed can reach hundreds of acceleration, then is shot through the tunnels around the impeller by the speed of 60-75 meter/second.
First the materials will impact with some materials falling around classifier, then impact on the whirlpool cavity's scaleboard together,
then will be rebounded and impact on the top of the whirlpool cavity, then changes its direction and goes down, forms continual material
layers with the materials shot from the impeller. Therefore some materials will be impacted, crushed, milled twice or more times in the
whirlpool cavity, then crushed matetials will be excluded through the bottom discharging hole. This can form a closed circulation through
the circular classifier system; in general, materials can be crushed into 20 mesh through thrice circulation. Airflow self-circulation in the
whirlpool cavity can eliminate the dust pollution well.

fully driven by hydraulic force and moves by chassis track. It's designed by our company's excellent
engineers to meet growing market demand. It features high performance, high reliability, elegant
design and top international techiniques. This type of mobile plant can be widely used for crushing
and screening in many areas such as road construction, building, metallurgical and energy
industries, etc.
Conmins Diesel Engine of high performance makes this track mobile plant cost less oil, produce
less noise and have a more reliable performce and provide an economical and environmental
power. The engine can be additionally equipped with low temperature preheating start-up
device to ensure the machine easy to start under the condition of minus 25 temperature.
Employing fully rigid boat structure, the chassis features high strength, low contact pressure, good
passing ability(easy transpotation) and good adaptability to hilly and marsh areas.

Operating system with imported direct servo technique can be easily and precisely controlled
and tavel in a infinite variable speed.
Crushing and screening equipments are of our company's advanced products, which have
