• Create youth, ethnic minorities and
Indigenous Peoples focal point at the ASEAN
Peoples' Centre
• Create a regional youth digital network that
includes ethnic minorities and Indigenous
young people
• Support the Task Force on Indigenous Peoples
for ASEAN (TF IP ASEAN)
• Support the sustainability of the ASEAN Child
Rights Forum within SAPA that includes a focus
on ethnic minorities and Indigenous Peoples
• Develop Child Rights training and protection
tools that include ethnic minorities and
Indigenous Peoples issues in partnership with
CPP (Child Protection Partnership)
• Design, develop, and launch 30 Deep Social
Networks (DSNs) for promoting human rights,
child protection, and democratic participation
• Develop digital technology capacity to include
ethnic minorities and Indigenous People’s
perspectives into the ASEAN advocacy
processes
• Create a minimum of 10 DSN Technical Assistance
teams for maintaining, deepening and expanding
DSN’s throughout Thailand, Mekong Delta, the
Philippines, and Indonesia
• Support Mountain Province State Polytechnic College
(MPSPC) institutionalize Indigenous development
programming that supports Indigenous Rights, Child
Protection, and Democratic Participation
• Support the continued funding of ethnic
minorities and Indigenous Peoples issues and
development in South East Asia including the
support of other NGO’s and the Governments
of the the Netherlands and the USA
