CERTIFIED HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
A Level 1 Certification Program for Human Resource Professionals
Course Duration: 19th August, 2015 to 31st December, 2015
Class Days: Wednesday & Thursday, Class Timing: 6:30pm to 9:30pm
The Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) is a LEVEL 1 Certification program of

corporate sector. CHRMP means subject mastery and professional credibility. Through this certification;

Jibran Bashir is an OD/HR Consultant, Corporate Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Radio Personality, Author and Founder of Highly Keen The HR
Institute based in Lahore, Pakistan. He has consulted a diverse range of organizations for developing their Corporate & Business Strategies,
Balanced Scorecards, Structures, HR Policies and Procedures as well as designing their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based Performance
Management Systems. Further he has also trained thousands of senior and middle management employees of top notch organizations through
his training programs in the areas of Human Resource Management, Leadership, and other crucial Soft Skills. Prior to being Consultant &
Trainer, Jibran has attained his professional experience in HR field by working for some of the big corporate names including DESCON Pakistan.
Jibran has been a media resource from quite a time and has been regularly involved with Official Radio Channel of Lahore Chamber of
Commerce & Industry (FM 98.6) where from last two years he is doing a radio show Kamyabi Talks (A unique radio show of its kind based on
success and motivational topics for youth and professionals). Jibran has been teaching as a visiting faculty member to Bachelors &Masters level
students at COMSATS & Punjab University respectively, as well as he is also the Lead Instructor for various HR certification courses at Highly
Keen The HR Institute, where he facilitates professionals to gain more in-depth knowledge and insights into work functions and makes them
aware of the new approaches in the field.
He is an author, having published his books titled, "Human Resource Management in Pakistan's Context" (International Standard Book Number ISBN: 978-969-9820-00-7), and Chief Leadership Officer (ISBN: 978-969-9820-01-4). Moreover he is an internationally acclaimed researcher
having his research papers internationally published and presented. Some of his research works presented internationally include: "The
significance of HRM in small enterprises of Pakistan", "Ethics Based Change Management Model", "Adding Intrapreneurial Role in HR Business
Partner Model", "HR Corporate Master (Introducing a new HR Model)". Most of his research papers are published by MPRA - Munich University,
Germany. Jibran is a trained Management Consultant and Trainer from National Productivity Organization (Ministry of Industries, Production &
Special Initiatives by Government of Pakistan). He graduated from University of Management and Technology, Pakistan in Business
Administration with Human Resource Management specialization and holds to his pride a Rector's Medal Award from his alma mater. After
serving several years to industry as HR professional, in 2008, Jibran started his journey of entrepreneurship, by founding Highly Keen The HR
