    Overview:
    Provide a background of the company, including the company profile, a brief
    history of the company. Information should not be limited to the size of the company
    (in terms of gross sales, number of employees), number of years in the business, list
    of products and services provided, and any other information you deem necessary.
    Scope of study
    Ticketing system is a computer software that manages and maintains list of
    issues. The plan is to make the system to set priorities on the issues of the user from
    the highest to the lowest concern, problem, or issues of the user.
    The system will help to keep track on the issues of the users that would be
    sent to MIS department. The system will set priorities on the issues if the problem is
    needed to solve quickly to finish the job of the user.
    The business functions that will be included are the users on each
    departments of Kinpo that encounter problems or issue as long as it is hardware and
    software base issues.
    The functions of the Ticketing system will be the following:
    - Priorities the complaints of the user. The complaints of the user would be
    divided.
    - Track the status of the issues if it is finished or still on process.
    - Keep track on users concerns or issues.
    - The Ticketing system will receive the email of the user and automatically set
    priorities to it.
    - Monitoring of handling, time spent and quality of work.
    - Distribution of assignment of issues to person in charge.
    - Once the concern is done the user will receive an e-mail that the concern is
    closed or done. The MIS team is the only one who can declare that the
    concern or issues is closed. Once the issue is close it cannot be open.
    - Everything that will happen in the issue or concern the user will automatically
    notify.

    Ensuring the observation of internal processes by forced control with help of


    workflows.
    The cycle of the concern would be:
    -New concern
    -on process
    -closed
    Discuss the coverage or scope of the proposed system. Indicate the
    business functions or processes that will be included in the study. List
    down all functions that will be part of the proposed system.

    [Significance]:
    The significance of this project is to help the MIS department of the company
    to organize the hardware and software problems of the user in the company. This
    project can help the MIS department monitor the problems.
    If the project can be implemented the MIS department can easily monitor the
    problems on the users concern. The one who will be benefited from the success of
    the project would be the users on each department that the concerns needed to
    solve quickly.

    Discuss the high-level significance or importance of the project. Identify the


    stakeholders that will benefit from the success of the project. This will indicate the
    reasons why you are doing the project.
