    BasicallyyoudothistopreventaprogramfromconnectingtotheInternet:
    1. Fromstartmenu,searchfor"Firewall"andselect WindowsFirewallwithAdvancedSecurity
    2. ChooseOutboundRulesfromthetreeattheleft.
    3. Choose NewRule... fromthemenuattheright.
    4. NewOutboundRuleWizard opens.Thisisreallyeasynow:
    a.Select Program asruletype.
    b.Selecttheprogram'sEXEfile.
    c.Choose Blocktheconnection .
    5. Choosetheprofilethisruleappliesto.Ifindoubt,selectallthree.
    6. Addthedescriptivename(youmaywanttodeletethisrulelater).

    recommendednottoruntwofirewallsatthesametime,astheycanconflict.Ifyoustillwanttoblocka
