    the disposition of this notification;
    This includes citing the authority by law, statute, code or regulation from which it derives; As well as any
    court cites, Treasury Decisions, etc that may be relevant to the foundation of the authority delegation for the
    determination or disposition made;
    This letter serves as formal legal notice that no response within 30 days is default by silence;
    The Revocation of Election grants at that time and there is no need for further contact;
