Hahns website, the one I quoted above, Saint Paul Center for Biblical Theology at www.salvationhistory.com. I recommend him
and his website as it is biblically based. Dr. Hahns background
made him more authoritative on this matter. He was highly educated even before he was ordained a Presbyterian Minister in 1982 at
Trinity Presbyterian Church in Fairfax, Virginia. He entered the
Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil, 1986. His website contains
articles that include the Church, the papacy, sacraments, purgatory,
indulgences, and many more. You will certainly learn something.

Happy Thanksgiving To All
And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into
which you were also called in one body. And be thankful. Let the
word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and
admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs
with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in
word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. (Colossians 3:15-17)
The diocesan definition of our stewardship fits very well into this
celebration a grateful response of a Christian disciple who recognizes and receives Gods gifts and shares these gifts in love of
God and neighbor. Clearly as Christian disciples we recognize
Gods generosity to us, that we receive endless gifts from Him in
all moments of our lives. With this recognition, as we celebration
thanksgiving day, may our grateful hearts move us to share His
gifts with love in our hearts. One of the ways we can do these is by
our Stewardship Commitment. May we be able to reflect on the
different ministries in our parish and devote part of our time, talent,
and treasure for the growth of Christs Church in our community!
May you have a joyful and meaningful Thanksgiving Day celebration! Please take note of the schedule for Thanksgiving Holiday
