GENERAL INFORMATION

Jetbest Multi-lines Corporation is a feed and animal health manufacturing and distribution
company founded in 1983, with office and plant site located at Marawoy, Lipa City, Batangas. It started
as husband and wife, JOSELITO E. TAPAY (JET) AND CECILIA A. TAPAY (CAT) ventured a small business
offering poultry equipments. In more than 2 decades, it has earned its reputation and ensures to do
business with prudence. The company is dedicated to produce high quality products with excellent
customer service aiming for market leadership in feed manufacturing industry in South Luzon.
ORIGIN OF THE WORD JETBEST
The name JETBEST came from the initials of its Founder and President Joselito Estolano Tapay or
J.E.T and the word BEST to denote his vision of becoming the best in his endeavors.
LOGO MEANING
CIRCLE: For Jetbest, it represents the companys continuous search for new things, for
development and growth. It also symbolizes the strong bond that surrounds its people working towards
a common interest or goal.
RED: Jetbest chose red as its official corporate color to denote vibrancy and dynamism. It also
connotes its peoples passion and spirit that are devoted to every task and undertaking .
WHITE: It represents our humble beginnings, noble aspirations and aim for excellence. Jetbest
is also represented in white as it fosters and values relationships with its customers, suppliers,
employees, stakeholders and its community.
J: The letter J stands for JETBEST. Four J inside the circle facing four opposite directions
symbolizes the different directions the company follows and the wide perspective it has on its
operations and the environment which it operates. It also stands for the many opportunities that Jetbest
is willing to take on as a company which embraces change as a way of life.
VISION: To be a world class company and market leader in South Luzon with nationwide
presence by 2015
MISSION: To provide high performance products using technologically-advanced systems
coupled with excellent customer service; sustain financial growth and stability; uplift the lives of its
employees; and to contribute to the welfare of its community.
JETBEST BUSINESS UNITS
Because of the varied operations, Jetbest set-up different business units to facilitate differentiation
and focus but at the same time attain synergy. These business units include the following:
1. Jetstar Feeds-Manufacturing and distribution of livestock feeds (main products swine and
poultry). We also have specialty products such as fish, cattle, horse, duck, pigeon and monkey.
2. Buena Suerte Fighting Cock Feeds - Manufacturing and distribution unit of fighting cock
concentrates and feed products.
3. Jetbest Animal Health Products - Manufacturing and distribution unit of animal health products
including feed premixes and water soluble.
4. Mega Grains Involve in raw materials trading and trucking services.
5. Jetgold Management Unit Acts as management arm of the company. Provides financial,
human resource and administrative support to all business units.
STRUCTURE
Jetbest prides itself in employing young, creative and dynamic workforce who are assigned to
man various critical position in the operations, sales and administrative sections.



Heading the Manufacturing Division are engineers, chemists, nutritionist, machine
operators and technicians who guarantee the availability and quality of every product
produced.
Purchasing Personnel who had long experience in the field of raw materials
forecasting, purchasing and importation man the inbound operations.
Propelling the companys products are highly trained Sales People, who bring the
companys products and services to different customer groups in various areas.
Working hand-in-hand with our Sales Team are Marketing Personnel in charge with
promotion and advertising activities to ensure market presence and create
continuous demand.
A pool of Veterinarians provides the critical link between the products and its
performance in farms and stores through their technical expertise and services.
Our Frontliners, the Customer Service Team who book orders, process documents
and deploy deliveries to meet customer requirements.
Providing vital information and sound management decisions are Accountants who
also monitor the companys performance.
On top of all the personnel activities are Human Resource and Administrative
Personnel who formulate company policies and implement employee development
program to ensure that all services are provided.
The expertise, competence and dedication of these people have been tried and tested to
conquer every opportunity and withstand the challenges.

Jetbest has indeed gone a long way, having started its nationwide distribution network.

JETSTAR BS JAHP JETGOLD
At present, Jetbests complete line of animal health products and animal feeds is widely distributed in
Northern and Southern Luzon. Areas being covered include Mindoro, Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Cavite,
Rizal, Nueva Ecija, Pangasinan, Bicol, Romblon, Palawan and Davao.
At present, the company has more than 600 appointed dealers/distributors and 9 active
branches carrying its main product lines in different areas.
AFFILIATES
Jetstar Feeds Center A factory outlet of Jetstar Feeds located in strategic areas in Batangas
and Quezon Provinces backyard end users and farm owners. It was established in 2000 with the end in
view of bringing Jetstat Feeds to end-users at very competitive process.
Malarayat Innovative Financing Corporation A financing institution established to provide
financial assistance to JETBEST customers and other potential borrowers in Batangas and nearby
provinces.
HISTORY
Its existence started in 1983 as a family enterprise serving walk-in clients and offered
poultry equipments like chicken feeders and wire guards. It also sold veterinary
products from well-known suppliers such as Bayer, Pfizer, Belman, Univet and the
like.
In 1989, the name Jetbest Multi-lines Corporation was registered at the Securities
and Exchang Commission coinciding with the completion of 180 square meters
warehouse for corn milling operation and a separate office along National Road,
Marawoy, LIpa City, Batangas.
1990, the company ventured into another related field, that is, feedmilling with
Fighting Cock Feeds as its pilot project. The brand name Buena Suerte started to
emerge and became one of the top selling brand in Batangas, Mindoro, Laguna and
Quezon. Barely 2 years after its introduction to the market. The first batch of Jetbest
branded veterinary products (Calcium Plus, Todo Gain and Chlormix 10) also came
out in the market after years of preparation and technical study. This was followed by
other branded products made available in water soluble and feed premix form
Realizing the potential of the market and the growing needs of its customers, Jetbest
decided to expand its feed lines by introducing the Jetstar Specialty Feeds such s
Chick Booster and Biik Booster in 1993. Additional Swine and Poultry rations were
introduced the following year that completed the Jetstar Feedlines. Demands for the
products continuously increased that called for the construction of a new feedmill. At
the same time, Crumble and Pellets became popular and this was another aspect of
the business that was again considered
So in 1998, Pellets and Crumbles also under the Jetstar brand name were introduced
in the market. By then, Jetstar Feedmill was operating in full capacity and additional
feed products were launched Duck, Pigeon, Quail and Aqua Feeds were just among
the new products that came out. The whole feed production process was semi-
automated with the installation of pneumatic control and devices.
In 2002, large storage facility was built; SILO started to operate the year. In 2006, it
started to use truck scale for reliable weighing of incoming and outgoing stocks.
Another building was constructed in the same area located in Natioanl Road,
Marawoy, Lipa City. Employees moved to the new building in October 2008 with
brand new office equipments and stylish design.
Marketing plans were also developed to bring Jetstar products at low price to the
end-users. Jetstar Feeds Center or factory outlets branched out in strategic locations
which gave birth to Jetstar Feeds Center in San Juan, Batangas followed by other
branches in Cuenca, Batangas (August 2003), Padre Garcia, Batangas (May 2004),
Ibaan, Batangas (July, 2006), Lemery, Batangas (July 2008), Taysan, Batangas (October
