Reminders
Dancers please arrive 10-15 minutes ready before each class. There have been complaints
about the noise level outside of the classes as well as persons opening the doors at
McArthur while dance classes are going on, please wait quietly with your child in the
hallway and refrain from opening the doors, children running & screaming. Dancers will
exit when class is over; this is very distracting to students & Instructors. Dancers require
proper shoes and attire as soon as possible. Refer to the handbook or Instructor if unsure
what is required for the class.
All handbook/camcorder agreements must be signed and mailed to LLB Dance Society
Box 2244
Parent Supervision
~Once parents receive their roster list it is THEIR responsibilty to find someone to cover
if they cannot make it. Parent supervisor rosters have been handed out. If you did not
receive one please contact your child’s Day Rep. There will be a sign-in book left with
the Instructor and it is your responsibility to sign in & supervise that class, Cheques will
be cashed immediately if that parent doesn’t show up.
~ Parent Supervisor duties but not limited to: monitor the hallway- this means keeping
noise levels down to a minimum, assisting small children with using the bathroom
facilities if needed, Supervisors must stay until all dancers have been picked up from the
class that their responsible for. The idea of the Supervisor is to keep all dancers safe & to
assist the Instructor if there were ever an emergency.
~After each class Parents/Students please be sure to check your mail in the file box so
that not to miss out on important information or dates coming up. Also please refer to the
“What to expect when you’re Dancing” Handbook for questions you may have or email
the Dance Society @ llbdance@live.com
