DECREES INTRODUCTION

These decrees were released by the Ascended Hosts for you to empower them to get
involved in your life and on planet earth through the power of the spoken word.

You can make specific calls after the intro to any decree for specific situations you
would like the decree to focus on.

The decrees are meant to be spoken out loud in a rhythmic manner. The more
positive intention you put behind your words, the more empowering they will be.

accept that Saint Germain sends violet flame to consume all negative energies that have surfaced during this
ritual. We accept that we come together and agree that whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven.
We also give our Christ self the authority to disavow any call or decree that is not the manifest perfection of
Gods Will.

I affirm that Archangel Michael and his Blue-flame Angels surround myself, my family and all people with an
impenetrable shield of Blue-flame energy. I affirm that we are sealed from all toxic energies sent against us by
the forces of this world. I affirm that we are sealed from all hatred, backlash and revenge from the forces of anti-
Christ, who are angry when we give this ritual.

We accept that we come together in oneness as a mirror reflecting all emotional, mental and spiritual attacks
from our unascended brothers and sisters to be returned to its source. We call to Father-Mother Life, the
Intelligent source of our Beings not for revenge against our attackers but that they may know your Love for them
so that they will abandon such acts and be enveloped in Peace and Love that will melt away any hostility they
feel for others. Therefore we completely surrender all defensiveness and desires for earthly justice. We
surrender to the Love of our higher beings and choose only to radiate that love to all life. Therefore it is finished,

Appendix Part 1: POWER OF NINE WHEN GIVING DECREES ~ from Being MORE Book

There is power in the number nine. When some devotees do decrees and spoken word
affirmations, they mainly do repetitions centered around the number nine. So what is so
special about doing things nine times? The answer lies in the world of music. In the western
major scale there are eight notes which form an octave. This scale consists of seven
ascending or descending notes followed by a return to the first note, creating an eight note
pattern. After this pattern is finished, the scale moves through the same eight notes but in a
higher or lower frequency range. These frequency ranges can be likened to dimensions.

So in essence, when you repeat something nine times you first start with some common
tonality in your own dimension that you want to move to and you give it eight times,
representing moving through or permeating your dimension. The ninth time is the
breakthrough into the next dimension, the piercing through the veil. This is why it is important
to give it nine times. By piercing through to the next dimension you reach into that realm and
create a sacred space for that light to enter.

A powerful exercise to use is to start on the note that corresponds to the ray of the decree,
and give each repetition as an ascending note of the major scale until you reach the ninth
note, which breaks through the barriers of your current dimension. Below is a graph
corresponding the twelve notes to the twelve rays.

8th Ray: Prayer for Surrender to Gods Will

In the name of I AM THAT I AM, In the Name of Master MORE and the entire spirit of the
ascended host, I call to the One True Living God:

I surrender all control and accept your Will for my life. Be it unto me according to your Will. I
am willing to accept that I am not the doer; it is you who is the doer. Anytime I try to take
matters in my own hands, I shut myself off from your Love. I now accept that I am
surrendering everything to you and thereby let your love stream through me and consume all
fear, worry and anxiety. I accept that as I surrender myself to you, no matter what I am going
through I have access to your infinite Peace. You are my life, my protection, my fulfillment of
every need, my teacher, my friend, my highest inspiration and my deliverance. I accept that
you are in complete control of this situation, and that you are working to create the highest
possible outcome. I accept that I can only allow this highest outcome to become manifest if I
lovingly give my whole being into your care.

having experienced Love and Peace. I am grateful for having experienced lesser emotions

I experiment with making choices. I am grateful for your Love when I have been in despair. I
am grateful for your Peace when I have been scared. I am grateful for your Wisdom when I
have been confused. I am grateful for your Nurturance when I have been empty. I am
grateful for your Companionship when I have been lonely. I am grateful for your Mercy when
I have been rebellious. I am grateful for your Strength when I have been weak. I am grateful
for your Healing when I have been sick. I am grateful for your Patience when I have had

God, now that I am enveloped by your love and nurturance, I know that I do not need to get
that Love and nurturance anywhere else. Instead, I will radiate it to everyone around me and

defend myself or victimize myself. No longer do I need to feel unworthy or hopeless. No

defense and protection. I choose to still my mind and let go of all my fears, worries, wounds
of the past, and self-centered desires. I accept that as I clear my mind of this clutter, I make
room for you to enter my being and to show me how to live in Love, Peace, and Truth. I
accept your transcendent consciousness to raise me out of the hell of separation from you. I
accept my oneness with you now and forever.

I accept that I can receive only what I have given, so I will focus on multiplying my talents by
giving to others. I choose to put the needs of others before the needs of myself. I choose to
help others before asking for their help. I choose to comfort others before asking for their
comfort. I choose to Love and respect others before expecting their Love and respect. I
choose to understand others before expecting them to understand me. I choose to forgive
others instead of expecting their forgiveness. I choose to lift others up instead of making
myself feel superior. I choose to focus on what I can do for others instead of focusing on
what I can do for myself. I choose to dedicate my Life to serving God instead of serving

ray: Transcendence Meditation

You must first relax your body by using a proper technique to do so, such as diaphragmatic
breathing. Make sure you are comfortable and recite this memorized prayer with your eyes
closed:

Father-Mother God, Divine Life, Source of my Being, Great I AM THAT I AM, I know it
is your will that I shall become fully enlightened to my oneness with you. Illuminate
my being to the awareness of your Presence. Enfold me in your radiant and
transcendent consciousness. Fill me with your Love until I am fully expressing your
essence.

After reciting this brief prayer let you mind go as blank as possible. If any thought enters your
mind simply repeat the above mantras until your thoughts are still again. When you are in
complete stillness and beyond the realm of thought you are piercing through the veil into the
spiritual realm and receiving a spiritual recharging of Light. Stay there for a good deal of time
and seal the experience in gratitude. Each time you do this meditation, you build a
momentum and pierce further and further into the subtle realms of spirit.

A common diaphragmatic breathing exercise is as follows:
1. Sit or lie comfortably
2. Put one hand on your chest and one on your stomach.
3. Slowly inhale (to slow down the intake of breath).
4. As you inhale, let your stomach expand with your hand while your chest is still.
5. Slowly exhale to regulate the release of air.
6. Rest and repeat.

ray: Rose Visualization

Take some time to make yourself comfortable until you are not distracted by anything in the
physical realm. When you are relaxed, imagine that your consciousness is superimposed
onto a rose. You feel the delicate petals caressed by the cool spring breeze. You are so
light you feel like you can float to the heavens. You then become aware of your sturdy stem
implanting you firmly into the ground. You feel strength shoot up the stem until you are
brimming with energy and vitality. You smell the strong fragrance coming from within and it
melts away any negativity.

J ust then, two people appear to your right and are arguing with each other. One you
recognize as your own ego, and the other is someone elses ego. Because you are a rose
you do not try to get involved with the argument, but instead radiate your strength and beauty
despite the negativity around you. You go within and shine even brighter than you ever have
before, radiating a supreme positivity and love towards everything around you.

The two people arguing are so stunned by your strength and beauty that they find it hard to
continue to argue. Instead, both remain silent and in awe. J ust by being in your presence, all
conflict is diminished. As long as you radiate peace and love, only the things of peace and
love are allowed to enter your proximity. Accepting the moment fully, you return for a
moment to explore the consciousness and being of a rose and then seal the visualization in
gratitude.
