GUIDELINES REGARDING NOC FROM RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, KOTA
FOR
THE APPROVAL OF AICTE FOR THE SESSION 2014-15

(A) Affiliated colleges of RTU going to apply for the NOC for the following purposes are
required to submit the documents, as per the case mentioned below, along with the
application.
(1) CLOSURE OF PROGRAM/COURSE
(a) Resolution by the trust/society
(b) Affidavit, as per the case, on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp (Refer page 171-72 of
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(c) NOC issued by State Government
(d) Requisite fee for the closure of program/course is Rs. 50,000/-.
(e) Detail of the re-arrangements ensuring the education of existing students as per
enclosed format
(2) INCREASE/REDUCTION IN INTAKE IN EXISTING COURSES
(a) Resolution by the trust/society
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(c) NOC issued by State Government
(d) Requisite fee for the reduction in intake is @ Rs. 25,000/- per 30 students
(e) Detail of the re-arrangements ensuring the education of existing students as per
enclosed format.
(3) CHANGE OF NAME OF INSTITUTE
(a) Resolution by the trust/society.
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(c) NOC issued by State Government.
(d) Requisite fee of Rs.50,000/-
(4) CHANGE OF STATUS FROM WOMEN COLLEGE INTO CO-ED. INSTITUTION
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(c) Certificate stating less than 40% admissions for the last three consecutive years
issued from admission authority.
(d) A certificate stating the actual enrollment of students for last three consecutive
years issued by the Controller of Examinations, RTU, Kota.
(e) Land related documents as per regulations.
(f) Requisite fee of Rs. 50,000/-
(g) NOC issued by State Government.
(5) CHANGE OF SITE/LOCATION OF THE INSTITUTE
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(d) Requisite fee of Rs. 50,000/-
(6) CLOSURE OF INSTITUTE
AICTE APH 2013-14).
(d) Details of Endowment Fee made with the University.
(e) Requisite fee for the Closure of Institute is Rs. 50,000/- for each program (Engg.
(B.Tech., M.Tech.), MBA, MCA, BHMCT, B.Arch.) offered by the institute.
(f) Detail of the re-arrangements ensuring the education of existing students as per
enclosed format.

(B) Societies applying for extension of approval and to start new college/applying for the
additional new program/new course in an existing program/adding dual degree and
integrated courses/2nd shift are required to submit following documents along with
application to obtain stamped receipt of, DPR (New College)/ Application (Existing
Colleges).
(a) Resolution by the trust/society, as per the case, given in the formats on pages 182,
183 of APH 2013-14.
(b) Detailed Project Report (DPR) applying for a new college as per APH 2013-14.
(c) Detailed documents refer to the submission of application on AICTE web portal by the
affiliated institutes applying for extension of approval and additional new
program/new course in an existing program/increase in intake, in 1st and 2nd shifts, in
an existing programs of Engineering (B Tech, M Tech & B Arch), BHMCT, MBA, MCA and
/ adding dual degree and integrated courses/2nd Shift.
(d) Requisite affiliation fee (Refer to Office Order RTU/F(2)/Gr18/AFF.FEE/2013/14009-14
dated 12.12.2013 placed on website).

Note:
1 NOC will be issued only after the receipt of NOC from the State Government.
2 NOC / Stamped Receipt, as per the case, will only be issued after clearing all
outstanding towards affiliation fee and development fee.
3 No new program/course shall be allowed without prior approval by the
University.

"The institute shall provide requisite fund and facility like infrastructure,
laboratory, library, computers, faculty etc. till all the students of this
