You can look at the online version to see if it will be appropriate for your class. You can also just use the included price list. The game itself does not reference Christianity, so that it may be used by a broad and diverse group of students.

The player with the longest hair begins. If you cant decide, the youngest player starts. Place your button (or other marker) on the heart that says start. Roll the die and advance that number of spaces, moving in a clockwise direction. If you land on a white/green heart, pick up the top Fact card, and read it out loud. Collect one jewel, and your turn ends. If you land on a gray/red heart, pick up the top Treasure Card. Use the World Vision catalog or Price list to find the prices you need, and solve the problem. Use scratch paper or a white board to help you. Record your answer on the recording page (if required). Another player checks your answer using the solution page. There is a small capital letter in the bottom left corner of the Treasure card; the other player finds that letter on the solution page to see if you have the correct answer. If it is correct, collect 2 jewels. If it is incorrect, but you gave your best effort to solve it, collect 1 jewel. You do NOT have to go back any spaces. Continue playing until one player goes around the board once, or until you run out of time. Add up the number of jewels collected by all players together to see how much Christmas Treasure you earned!
