How To Personalize iProcurement Attachments Page MODULE:

PROBLEM STATEMENT
How to personalize the Description on iProcurement attachments page which is accessed in the following navigation? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Access iProcurement. Checkout. Click 'Edit Lines' button from 'Checkout: Requisition Information' page. On the 'Requisition Information: Edit Lines' page, click 'Attachments' link. Click 'Add Attachments' button - this is FND_ATTACH_UPLOAD_PAGE.

SOLUTION
For 11..5.10, the Description field on this particular page is not available or intended to be personalized. However on Release 12.1.3, the following steps can be used to personalize the Description field: 1. Ensure the following profiles are set = Yes for the user doing the personalization: Personalize Self-Service Defn FND: Personalization Region Link Enabled 2. As the user above, access iProcurement. 3. Checkout. 4. Click 'Edit Lines' button from 'Checkout: Requisition Information' page. 5. On the 'Requisition Information: Edit Lines' page, click 'Attachments'subtab. 6. In the 'Requisition Attachments' region, click 'Personalize "Attachments of associated record"' link -- Document Name /oracle/apps/fnd/framework/attachments/webui/FND_ATTACHMENTS_TABLE 7. Click radio button for 'Complete View' and then and 'Expand All' link. 8. Click the pencil icon on row for item 'Message Styled Text: Description'. 9. Go tot the attribute 'Prompt', observe the Original Definition is value 'Description', and value 'Inherit' is populated at all levels.

10. At the appropriate level (Site, Organization or Responsibility, etc.) just type the desired text. -- e.g.: 'Description Personalized' 11. Click 'Apply' button 12. Click 'Return to Application' link. Now, back on the 'Attachments'subtab of 'Requisition Information: Edit Lines' page, in the 'Requisition Attachments' region, observe that 'Description Personalized' is populated.
