    This device allows you to save on manpower and improve the quality of your products thanks to the automatic pre-boarding directly
    made on the hosiery circular knitting machine, just before they are unloaded,instead of subsequent treatment in an autoclave.
    The pre-boarding takes place through infrared heating with electronic adjustment of the temperature, which varies depending on
    the products to be treated. In this way it is anticipated the natural shrinkage of the pantyhose, which occurs already after 30-35
    seconds of heat treatment, avoiding the risk of pull threads.
    MOREOVER THE TERMOCOLLANT:
    Resolves the risk of uneven shrinkage, as can happen with the pre-fxing in the autoclave due to the weight of the overlying
    pantyhoses which prevents those towards the bottom to move freely during the heat-shrinking.
    Improves your production avoiding that are fxed folds which would make more diffcult the subsequent boarding, as conversely
    can happen with pre-fxing steam system using autoclave due to higher temperature.
    Improves the quality of the dyeing since it avoids stains due to residual oil in the yarn. This is possible thanks to the continuous
    air fow and the action of infrared rays that cause the evaporation of the lubricating oil.
    SUITABLE FOR ALL CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINES
    Its application is suitable for all circular knitting machines and doesn`t need any modifcation; to install just supply power and pro-
    gram the time intervals of the puff for the ejection of pantyhose.
    For tights that do not require pre-boarding is suffcient to turn off the infrared lamp and the device works by ejecting the stockings
    without pre-borading treatment.

    Thanks to different test in the hosiery companies that tried frst our Termocollant, we were able to verify that this pre-boarding
    system, instead of processing the stockings in autoclave, facilitates the subsequent operations and considerably reduces waste
    thanks to a decrease in both of the pull threads that of oil stains. This technology is now also at your disposal.
