tenanted;

land subject of the above-mentioned is not tenanted;

and more particularly described as follows:

021 (Lots 1061, 979, 997-Part) x x x x containing an area of 23,998
square meters x x x x.
3. That I have sold I sold the above-mentioned parcel of land to SANDRA M. CAM;
4. That the parcel of land has no tenant;
5. That the total aggregate landholdings throughout the Philippines that I sold to
SANDRA M. CAM under Doc. No. 101, Page No. 21, Book No. III, series of 2009
of Notary Public Atty. Wilfredo A. Ruiz dated February 4, 2009, does not exceed the
retention limit of 5 hectares, does not exceed the retention limit of 5 hectares.
6. That I have execute this affidavit in compliance with DAR Administrative

Order No. 1, Series of 1989 and to request the DAR to issue a clearance and
to permit us to register the aforementioned sale of a portion of undivided
land;
